'A luxurious hotel offering plenty of amenities. Conveniently located for guests arriving by car, but less ideal for those without their own transportation, as public transit, Uber, and taxi services in the area are limited.'

'Viel tegen'

'We had a wonderful stay! We loved the natural surroundings and still being to walk (20 min) or bike (10 min) to town. Owners were really nice and campsite with guests in the weekend gave a nice informal atmosphere. We would definitely come back if we visited the Sun Moon Lake area again!'

'We booked this hotel using hotel.com and as a silver member we did not receive the extra’s mentioned. There was also a mentioning of an outdoor pool but the hotel does not have an outdoor pool, so this is also very misleading. The fine dining restaurant Ken Chan supposedly has 3 Michelin stars but it has none, the food was bad and we left te restaurant very disappointing.'
