« This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. Never again using this app or service. »

« This quirky little apartment was perfect for us. Parking is on the street but we did not have a problem finding a spot. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive too. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The apartment is really nice, clean and functional. Kitchen was enough equiped. Pool was ok. A small inconvenience is to park, as the back parking lot that is closer to the apartment require permit, and the only spot available are far away on the front parking lot.. The main problem is regarding the neighborhood and the feeling of safety. Lot of homeless in the area. The parking is full of trash and wild cats everywhere. »

« We had gotten there and I noticed I was getting bitten and I found multiple fleas in the apartment and I’ve left with many flea bites on my back, legs, and feet. They say they’ve never had any flea problems prior, I am just wondering why it happened now and what they are going to do about it. »

However, we were initially given the wrong gate code, which caused a bit of confusion.
