'We had a total of 12 people staying at Casa Natalia and we loved it! The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly located for a stay in Potrero. The concierge, Jimmy is fantastic, helping to not only prepare for our trip but arranging last minute requests. The housekeeper was a nice bonus, making the house feel like a hotel with fresh towels, made beds, etc. and the night security guard was also a nice bonus, although we always felt safe. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach, everything you need...

'Book Villa Alicia! We had an incredible stay with our family! The villa and views are amazing. One of the best kept and cleanest properties we’ve rented and in a quiet area. From the first message to Ilse, she was very responsive and so helpful with additional assistance in arranging a special flower delivery for a family celebration, photographer and excursions for our family. Villa staff were very attentive and cared about little details to make us feel at home. We look forward to returning....

'The property is in a great location once you figure out the shortcut . Condo had all the basics and very clean but the best part is the caretaker Abigail! Shes great and an asset to the owner, always checking on us and giving us recommendation ls , she made the it an excellent experience. '

'The location and house are beautiful. Rita the chef was amazing and her meals delicious. She helped to make this a very relaxing vacation. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful place for a family vacation. There were 9 of us, 4 teenagers and 5 adults.The only 2 things I would suggest would be to have a different living room sofa. It was in great shape but having a large bolster back and not an anchored back made it great to lay on but uncomfortable to sit on. ...

'We had a wonderful time at Surfside. The dining room and kitchen area worked well for large family dinners. We enjoyed the pool and courtyard and the bedrooms were well decorated and very clean and comfortable.'

'Our group was 6 women. The house and view were as you see them in the pictures - wonderful. The owner, Carlos, came by daily to check that all was as we wished. The real stars go to the staff. Bianca and Karol wiped/swiped/swept/cleaned every day. Jennifer prepared 3 lovely/delicious meals daily. Then there is Jimmy - not only is he an excellent bartender, he made sure all special food requests were addressed, arrangements for excursions and special trips requested were done efficiently...

'We had an amazing stay here with our family of 5 (3 teenagers). The house was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Beautiful landscaping around the patio. Just steps away from an amazing little beach. The beach has rocks on the outside and we saw tons of fish snorkeling. The middle of the beach has no rocks and is great for playing in the waves. The office staff had great communication and helped us arrange our rental car and excursions. We are already planning our next trip!'
