'Not the greatest luxury but certainly a good lodge to stay at sequoia. Wifi mainly works in the common room (bedroom didn’t work for us) but this didn’t bother us much. Rooms are clean and tidy. You can take gasoline at the lodge aswell as a shop and a pizza-restaurant. Breakfast with fresh fruit was also better than we expected it to be.'

'We stayed in the main unit, a lovely and cozy cabin. The manager left notes about the weather and instructions on using everything in the cabin. The place had everything one could dream of, for a cabin in the woods. It was very comfortable and quiet, and we immensely enjoyed our stay. We originally booked one of the small units. The weather was not good. It was snowing a lot, and the manager was very considerate and changed us to the main unit. We are very grateful for this change. '

'This might have been a nice hotel in the 90"s but that is 20 years ago. Now it is outdated and not well maintained. The first thing I noticed was a gaping hole of 4x4 inches in the bedspread, Housekeeping obviously does not care about things like that since the hole looked old.
