'We stopped for one night. We were going to eat breakfast and run. Felix was so hopeful and spent time with our family and kids helping. He is a real joy. He made what should have been a forgettable experience one I may never forget.'

'Beds and room were clean and comfortable. It was quiet until 1am when the people upstairs decided it was time to wrestle. My husband complained to the front desk where you could also hear the commotion. She offered us another room (why move us?) He told her no we're have been traveling all day how about telling the people causing the issue to be quiet or get out.'

'My room was very clean when I arrived. As I was about to take a shower and noticed the tub was very slippery and I had to put a towel down inside to prevent slipping down. There was no soap dish provided so I had to put soap right on the back of the sink. There was also no towel racks in the bathroom and I had to put my washcloth over the shower rack there was a little hook on the back of the bathroomdoor. I will see three nights from Wednesday to Saturday, and there was no housekeeping,...

'They ran out of towels when requested at 6:30 pm, I waited and came back after 12 midnight and was given 2 weird looking towels. Could get my room clean. Just terrible.'

'Elevator wasn't working for 1st 3 days, not convenient. Key card kept deactivating. Couple had key card access to my room, walked in on me, loud baby crying and I made my own bed the whole week I stayed. It could've been better but front desk employees were very helpful.'

'It was busy but Tywana is very friendly and helpfull. We arrived a little late and the pool was about to close but my sons were able to go in the pool and she even bring them some exta towels'

'I was fine with the room (strong cleaner smell but beats being dirty) and the staff was very nice! Unfortunately, they did not have a pack n play/travel crib so not a young family friendly place. I did not know this prior to booking and made the best of it. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and travel a lot with kids and most have always had this so perhaps I should have checked more but thought I’d leave it in a review in case there are other families with littles.'
