'Originally, booked for two nights as a way to explore Hungarian thermal spa area. After first day's experience we extended our stay to six days. Quite nicely appointed structures and decore, lobby, facilities and rooms with the attention to details. Helpful staff always ready to assist. Half board package is adequate, breakfast and dinner well presented and tasty. Few times we grabbed a lunch at the pool bistro. Prices for drinks/wines are higher, but in line with the fivestar designation, I...

'A very clean and comfortable hotel with extra amenities like bathrobes a.s.o. The breakfast was extraordinary good. There was also a spa that we didn`t use. The only minus was that the parking was really hard to find since one had to drive around the quarter and there where also other parking garages, which didn’t belong to the hotel. The last parking garage was the one of the hotel. Good location close to the Balaton See.'

'Came to this hotel many times and was always very satisfied but this was for sure the last time since I made a complaint at check in that the room was full of silver fishes and that the room should be cleaned extremely good but after cleaning the bed sheets where even not changed and floor was not cleaned at all, I made pictures and movies from these insects but probably they don't care to loose regular clients. 'Zeer fijn Spa hotel, mooi gelegen, zeer goede kamer en het ontbijt en diner waren uitstekend E'ig minpunt was het lawaai van de airco '

'Grote kamer en badkamer. Goede airco. Ontbijt was prima, ruime keuze. Voldoende bedjes bij het zwembad. Twee minpunten: wifi op de 5e verdieping erg onstabiel, als het al werkte. Daarnaast zit de douchekop op een hele onlogische (veel te lage) hoogte gemonteerd. Je moet de douchekop van de houder af halen om je hoofd er onder te kunnen doen of je haren te wassen. Heel raar en onhandig.'
