Our Splash unit is located less than 2 miles from Pier Park.

Positives: The towels and bedding were very clean. The location was perfect…grocery store, mall, gas were all close by. Building is right on the beach….beautiful views all day. Negatives: The entire building needs a thorough cleaning…mold down around the pool area, baseboards in room dirty, couches need cleaned (very dirty), sliding door tracks need cleaned so doors can open and shut more easily. Maintenance: Whole building needs painted from the pool areas (walls, ceilings, pool decks) to the balconies. The furniture in our room was pretty scratched up. Overall I’d give the building maintenance a 4 out of 5…everything works, just needs a thorough cleaning and painted. I’d give our room a 3 out of 5…refrigerator door doesn’t close (stands open and you have to push it closed), the living room sliding door is VERY difficult to open and close, but it did lock. The bedroom sliding door opens and closes easily, but doesn’t lock. The check in process was easy. The price was good. Location is perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves!!! The lazy river was great, but the pool could be bigger…..soooo many people sometimes you couldn’t get in it…too crowded. My host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. He was very nice. I would come back!!!

Beautiful view, beautiful condo, and AMAZING pools. Balcony door lock was messed up and we were worried about the kids getting out and owner had it fixed asap. Everything was nice! Only complaint is that it isn’t very handicap friendly as the beach access had no ramp and the elevator wait time can be a pain at times. (No fault of the owners of the condo)

Family friendly sweet spot

This resort has everything you'll need for a family vacation. Multiple pools, splash pad for the kids and a candy shop. The resort is clean and smells fresh and clean. Great job housekeeping!.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was myself and 3 children. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had upon arrival. The condo was clean & well stocked for our 4 day stay. We’ve stayed at Splash previously and will be back again.

Splash Resort - Panama City Beach

We love the Splash resort. I have no complaints about the pool area, hallways, or elevators. The particular room that we stayed in definitely needs an upgrade on the furniture in the living area. The couch is red, but has a black film over it from years of use and is almost sticky to the touch. We ended up getting sheets to put over all of the furniture so that we could sit on it. We stayed in this same room a couple of years ago and it was already getting dirty, but definitely hasn't been cleaned since then.

Perfect Beach Getaway at Splash Resort! UNIT EAST 1006

We recently stayed at this incredible two-bedroom condo at Splash Resort and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Location: The location is perfect—right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach. The views from the condo are breathtaking, with stunning sunrises and sunsets visible from the spacious balcony. The proximity to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping makes it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. The Condo: The condo itself is nice and immaculately clean. The living area is comfortable and cozy, with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, making it feel like a home away from home. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun. Amenities: Splash Resort offers fantastic amenities for both adults and kids. The multiple pools, including the splash pad and lazy river, were a hit with our family. There are also great areas for relaxation, like the hot tub and the poolside bar. The resort also has a well-equipped fitness center, a game room, and even an on-site mini-mart for any essentials you might need. Service: The communication with the owner was excellent. he was responsive, helpful, and ensured that we had everything we needed for a seamless check-in and check-out.

Kick back and put your feet in the beautiful white sand!

Perfect location for a family. Lots to do including multiple pools and of course the gorgeous beach/ocean. Amar was a great host, easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions. There were 2 double red flag days during our week and several Portuguese man of war sightings, so don’t get near any jellyfish that look like a blueish bottle. My kids found some great shells, way better than at Shell Island! We enjoyed shopping at Alvin’s for souvenirs right across the street. Hint - if you have a car topper, park directly behind Alvin’s in the deck. There is a Winn Dixie right down the street that’s convenient. If anyone gets sick, go to the American Family Care in Panama City Beach. Very clean, friendly and helpful when my little guy needed medication. My only suggestion would be to have some kid friendly plastic dishes, but we stocked up on paper plates, bowls, and cups while we were there. Overall, our family of 6 had a fantastic family beach vaca in May! Lots to do in the area, so you can make it as active or relaxing as you want. Enjoy!

Exactly what we needed

Our condo was exactly what we needed for our family of 5. The condo was clean, comfortable and the 10th floor view was beautiful. I had a couple questions regarding our check in and the property manager answered quickly. We would definitely come back. You can’t beat staying right on the ocean. And you are so close to food and shopping!
