  • Upgrade mei 2019: een nieuwe balkontafel en -stoelset is toegevoegd voor het plezier van onze gasten!

    De keuken heeft granieten werkbladen en uitgerust met alle benodigdheden voor een comfortabel verblijf. Naast de normale keukenapparatuur vindt u een broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, magnetron, kookgerei, potten, pannen, servies en nog veel meer. In de eetkamer vindt u een mooie tafel die comfortabel plaats biedt aan zes personen. U vindt ook barkrukken rond de toonbank voor nog meer zitplaatsen.

    De woonkamer is prachtig ingericht met een slaapbank, bijzetstoelen, tafels, lampen, plafondventilator en een grote flatscreen-tv en een dvd voor entertainment.

    Vanuit de woonkamer opent de schuifdeur naar een extra groot balkon met een adembenemend uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico. Terrasmeubilair is voorzien om te dineren of te ontspannen. Dit is een geweldige plek om zonsondergangen of zonsopkomsten te bekijken. Ook een fantastische plek voor het verzamelen en spelen van bordspellen met het gezin! Als u niet op het strand zit, wilt u op dit balkon zijn!

    De master suite is voorzien van een kingsize bed, comfortabel beddengoed en een flatscreen-tv. De master badkamer heeft een bad / douche combinatie en een groot aanrecht. De schuifdeur opent naar het balkon waar u het strand kunt bekijken of kunt luisteren naar de subtiele geluiden van de golven op de kust.

    De tweede slaapkamer is voorzien van twee grote bedden, comfortabel beddengoed en een flatscreen televisie.

I wanted details so I call Greta's Beach Rentals and spoke with a person there. He explained to me that the elevators were under a new company. I was stratified with that answer. We had no issues the entire time during our stay. The location of the condo was perfect and the condo was very enjoyable. We lookforward to going back.

Great location and great condo for an off season long weekend. Weather was great. We especially enjoyed the balcony and convenience of the chair service. Greta’s management co was responsive when we had a question.

Everything was great, view, cleanliness, accessibility to beach. Response from property maintenance was prompt and efficient when the air-conditioning stopped working. Only downfall would be the beds are not that comfortable, but that alone would not stop me from visiting again. Definitely an A1 place to stay!!

Great location

This condo was nice. We had plenty of room and everything was working well. The beds are comfy and it is clean. I really enjoyed having the app to use for all communication. It made the process very simple! The only issue is if you use the oven when you open it up it sets of the smoke alarms. I think it is because it senses the heat since it is in the kitchen.

Reviewer Comments: We have rented now from Gretas’s rentals five or six times over the years. Whenever we have had an issue during the stay they are very quick to respond. Our master bed mattress was less then comfortable this last stay, I reached out and they were quick to respond however weren’t able to switch out the mattress during our stay. So I can’t give a five star rating. Also, the indoor pool had worms all over the walls. I realize this is more of an issue with the building rather then the condo itself but it was disappointing since the weather was cold and the kids would have liked the indoor pool.

Love Ocean Reef

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our time at Ocean Reef. It's our 3rd year staying in the same place and condo. I was a tad disappointed in the cleanliness. One shower had no drain cover so you could see all the hair just stuck from previous people and the other shower had so much gunk in the drains that we didn't use it due to the tub filling up ankle deep due to clog and it was gross. The floor was quite dirty, our bare feet were black day 1. We found a pair of underwear and socks from a previous stay under the bed. Under the beds and furniture, it is just sitting dust so like I said we love the place, but the cleanliness and shower situation wasn't great. I hope they get it taken care of. I left a similar review last year so here's hoping this reaches someone.

Great Getaway with terrible elevators

This is our second year staying at one of Greta's properties, and we were excited to. We love the balcony overlooking the coastline, the room easily sleeps 5-6 people and comes with everything you need to feel like home. The pools and sauna were very nice as well as the access to the beach directly. The only issues we had were dust allergies so a deeper clean would be helpful, and the elevator was a problem. We got there with only 2 out of 3 working and were down to only one for all 163 units during the busy Memorial Day weekend. We were one of the groups of people that were stuck in elevator number 2 and ended up having to call the Fire Service to be rescued. While there, we looked at the Service Certificate and it said the elevator certificate expired in August of 2024! Several of the ladies in there including one of the people I was traveling with experienced claustrophobia and terror after the incident. Tenants who had been there before said the same thing happened last year. We love the condo itself, and the property amenities, but elevators that aren't serviced and break down trapping people (we weren't the only ones last weekend) are unacceptable.

The balcony is huge and had loungers and a table with chairs. The mattresses could use some updating. Besides that, I think it was great! It seemed to be well maintained.

First PCB Trip!

We have always gone to Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach because we have small kids and it’s a little closer. I had been seeing the beautiful blue waters at PCB for a few years so we decided to go this year. Wow, we were blown away! This is the largest condo we’ve ever stayed in, the nicest people we’ve ever encountered, and honestly the easiest most laid back vacation we’ve had to date. We will continue to make this drive every year and continue to book with Greta’s Beach Rentals! The only issue we had was the thermostat kept changing, I submitted a form and within 2 hours was called and it was fixed immediately. The best service hands down! Super convenient and especially nice for families!
