Welcome to Summerhouse 1009B!  This 2BR/2BA Gulf front unit is family-friendly with beautiful views and an open layout!  Located on the east side of Panama City Beach, this unit is beautifully decorated and perfect for your next vacation to the Emerald Coast!  In the master bedroom, you will find a king bed, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom.  The guest room has 2 full-size beds, and for an extra sleeping room, you will find a sleeper sofa in the living room! Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!
