  • Ervaar het beste van Florida: suikerwit zand, duinen, smaragdgroen water, spectaculaire adembenemende zonsondergangen! Ons charmante appartement ligt op de 2e verdieping van gebouw E in het resortcomplex The Village grenzend aan het pittoreske Scenic Hwy 30A, op slechts enkele minuten van het strand. The Village of South Walton is centraal gelegen tussen Rosemary Beach en Alys Beach op 30A. Perfect voor koppels en gezinnen, reünies, vergaderingen, retraites, fietstochten, golfuitjes en bestemmingshuwelijken. Kunsthemel. Er zijn veel unieke winkels en lokale restaurants op loopafstand. Reist u alleen of met het gezelschap van uw favoriete mensen, dan wordt uw vakantie de beste vakantie ooit!

    Ons huis is uitgerust met een luxe kingsize bed, twee stoelen en een flatscreen televisie. De kitchenette is uitgerust met granieten aanrecht, een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat, een broodrooster, een magnetron en een grote koelkast. De badkamer heeft een douche en een goed verlichte grote ijdelheid. Draadloze high speed internet service en kabeltelevisie zijn inbegrepen.

    Gasten hebben toegang tot alle delen van het appartement.

    Wasserij: wasmachines en drogers met munten bevinden zich buiten de gang op de 2e verdieping voor gebruik door gasten (zullen eind 2017 overschakelen naar machines die met een creditcard werken).

Honestly- the place felt a little dirty. Sand was in the bed first night… somewhat to be expected tho when you stay at the beach? Loved the location. Could park once and get anywhere we wanted on foot.

The location was great, close to the beach, had so many shops in downstairs plaza, and had some top-tier restaurants within a 5-10 min walking distance. Room was nice and cool, had had some renovations, but needs more spruce up for the amount charged. The overhead AC unit left a lot of excess debris on pillows when we arrived. Also the service host was responsive in text, however we couldn’t find the room in the 30A shopping center for a while on arrival as it was our first time here.

We have stayed in this neighborhood countless times, you cannot beat the location. First time at this apartment and it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Perfect for a quick getaway

The property was just as described. It was a short walk from the beach and from the Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. There are also many restaurants and shops just below the property. The communication was excellent, and we enjoyed our weekend. I would stay at a property managed by David again.

Location is convenient for array of amenities. Private beach access via tram is limited to a small section in front of the gated community across the street. You need to arrive early to get a spot close to water. The #1 disappointment of our stay was the uncomfortable mattress!! FYI, Checkout requires you wash your own dishes (no dishwasher) & empty trash. Parking could easily be a problem during busy times of year due to sharing parking lot with retail shops located on 1st floor of the village.

Never was able to find the place!!! Drove for 3 hours trying to find it! Called 2 people to ask for more precise directions, and they couldnt help me!! Had to get hotel room for 2 nights, plus lost the on rental.. still very upset!!

Very clean and comfortable. Only disappointing thing was the window - it looked out into a hallway so there was no natural light and could not see the weather without going out side. Would have been nice to have another way to cook besides the microwave - maybe a hot plate and skillet??

We were unfortunately only here for a night driving thru. The area is beautiful. People so friendly. Lots of walkable restaurants and places to get a drink. The Shore to Please property was cute and well appointed even though it is tiny. Think hotel room size. Still was perfect for us. The only recommendation to the property owners would be to provide a printed copy in the condo of instructions on the resort and beach access. I had to keep pulling up my email packet and trying to find instructions for the various resort and beach access (small problem I know) but I usually like to unplug when traveling. Definitely would stay here again and have already recommended to a friend!

Great location in Seacrest

We booked this last minute and were lucky it was available since it was spring break. The location on 30a is excellent and easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. It would be nice if the unit was cleaner. It was small things like hair in the bathroom / shower and crumbs behind the appliances. Nothing crazy but still think those are easy things to fix / clean. The bed was comfortable and the host was very responsive. To be fair we did not tell him about the cleaning issue because we just cleaned it ourselves. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and neat. Smaller than what you would think by looking at the photos. A room at a Residence Inn by Marriott is roomier than this unit. The bathroom sink was halfway clogged and the toilet handle was halfway broken. We are provided with dishwasher soap …but there is no dishwasher!!There is no “view” from the room unless you want to look at the hallway. Granted the add doesn’t mention a view. Ought to read the adds carefully The most disappointing issue was not having direct access to a beach. Not within a walking distance. Rosemary and Seacrest beaches are private. You need to drive to Inlet beach The neighborhood is way overpriced and of meh quality Restaurants are way overpricedNext time will stay at a vacation unit close to inlet beach or stay at a nearby hotel and drive here if have some extra to throw away

Modest room in great location

There were only a few negatives and they were minor so I'll list them first. There appeared to be a small amount of water damage behind the bed, below the A/C unit. There was a long hair on the floor of the shower when we arrived.Aside from that, we believe the room offers good value for its price. The location is the clear and above greatest benefit. You're a very short walk ( 2 minutes) away from a small grocer, shops, drinks and food. The tram stop to the beach is ride outside your door. Inside the room, the TV is large and great for movies or sports. The A/C unit works great. The hot water and water pressure in the shower were great as well.My only recommendation to the owner(s) would be a small pamphlet or printed instructions that mirror what's sent in the email. Having a physical copy to refer to would be nicer than needing to find my email each time I had a question.

Anniversary getaway

Had a great time here in rosemary beach. This property is centrally located which is great. Only thing is there is no view with this unit and there is poor lighting. All else enjoyed this stay here.
