Beautiful 2 bedroom & 2 bath condo! 8th Floor West Tower above waterpark. 1 king bed, 1 full size bed with 1 top twin & 1 twin bottom trundle. L -shape couch makes into full pull-out bed. Sleeps eight comfortably. Balcony overlooking the gulf-INCREDIBLE VIEWS! Your lucky! Most convenient location of unit, just as you exit the elevators, sheltered entry and no long walks like most other units.
Every room has a large LED Hi-Definition TV and decorated in rich luxurious colors. Top of the line stainless appliances with stocked kitchen, coffee maker & Keurig/grinder, front-end load washer & dryer, furniture and bedding/linens. Granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms.

Perfect for families with young children. White sandy beaches. Activities ranging from seasonal on-site rentals: jet ski and parasail. Sailing, guided boat excursions, pontoon rental, deep sea fishing trips and scuba diving expeditions nearby. There is an enormous attached Alvin's Island store for on-site shopping of beachwear, toys, designer clothing, towels and gifts.

Four swimming pool areas to suit everyone plus a spray ground for toddlers, water park with pouring bucket and slides. Adult beverages at the poolside bar and grill. Cafe coffee shop and ice cream bar on site. Enjoy the on-going music while floating the lazy river. At least 1 pool is seasonally heated in the winter months excluding the spray grounds.

We have been told by guest this is the nicest unit they have stayed in. You have two private sunbathing chairs with umbrellas set up on the beach each day at no additional charge from mid March until Nov.1st. They would charge you $40 each per day if rented. Not here-it's all included!

Great place for a family trip!

This was such a great trip! From the room and everything we needed being available, to the little water park downstairs, we enjoyed our stay with our kids ages 2, 4 and 12! The check in process was super simple. The owner was great and so helpful and patient with me, even when I was trying to get into the wrong room and wondered why our code didnt work! Haha! She was very responsive and kind! Elevator wait times would be the only "issue" I might mention, which was only an issue during peak times. One of the elevator issues on one day was due to a storm that came thru and caused a power flicker, stopping one of the elevators from working for a few hours. Nothing we couldn't manage though! Otherwise, this is a great place to bring kids to and will definitely plan to come again. The included beach chairs was a plus and so appreciated! Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your condo!

This condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and organized. My three kids loved the bunk beds, and my husband and I loved the master! All of the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were even better. The couch was super cozy with tons of pillows to relax on after a long day at the beach. The free beach chairs were super convenient and we loved the spacious balcony. We have always loved staying at Splash and this condo is definitely our new favorite.. highly recommend. Tracy is also great at communicating and made checking in a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We were very happy with our stay at 806W. The property manager replied immediately to a minor issue we had upon arrival and helped us work through the item. The condo was clean and looked just as it was pictured. The view was great, plenty of seating on the deck, and chair service at the beach was a plus.

Condo was disgusting upon arrival

Dehumidifier full of mildew. Condo smells of mildew and filth. Dust centimeter high on ceiling fan. Multiple dead insects in plain sight. Trash and debris behind couch and under coffee table. Greasy kitchen floor. Washing machine had black mold, hair and wrappers. Sand on balcony and significant bird feces. Balcony furniture severely rusted and dangerous. Besides the balcony sliding doors and the entrance to the condo, no locks worked properly on any door and prevented any privacy. French fries and food chunks sitting in the trash can opening. Bathroom trash can reeked of urine and had to be removed. Hair in the “clean” sheets in 2/4 of the beds. Master bedroom and living room TVs do not work properly, back of remote missing with no batteries. After putting batteries in, still doesn’t work. Dryer vent severely clogged at exit vent causing a lot of lint to be blown out into the hall and into the condo. Ceiling leak in guest bedroom appears attempt at patching. Photo evidence has been provided to property manager. Stains on couch. Layers of dust on thermostat and TVs. Living room rug has crusted food and play doh smashed into it in plain sight, clearly ignored by housekeeping. Living room lamp does not work. Would not stay again. Listing photos are clearly aged compared to what we arrived to. Considering we could not check in until right at 4pm because they said the condo was still being cleaned, it was in fact not clean. Had to clean upon arrival to even be able to stay there.

Accurate photos, clean, and comfortable

My friend and I enjoyed eight nights, watching sunsets from the balcony, and during day, easily being able to get down to the beach to the relax on the included seasonally included chaise lounges and umbrella. We stayed in early October, so no problems with elevators that people in the summer have. Please note that beach towels are not included, so remember to bring your own. As well as extra toilet paper since only one roll per bathroom included. We enjoyed using the boogie boards. Well, we love the included chaise lounge access, some days it was so windy that umbrellas couldn’t be put up for shade. Hey, that’s just beach weather and no one to blame. We use the pool areas just one afternoon. It just wasn’t for us, since we both prefer swimming in the salt water. Even in first week of October, the pool area was very crowded with kids. My friend found the master bedroom bed quite comfortable. I slept in the second bedroom on the bottom, full-size bunk, and it was very comfortable. Both of us enjoyed the paint colors throughout the condo. It was one of the reasons we booked it because we found the paint colors calming yet not bland. The pictures are accurate.

Condo was good size but needs updating

The condo is roomy, but needs a good updating sofa dirty and condo was dirty. The dusty old fake plants need to go, They need a new sofa it’s wore out and dirty. The pics of condo must have been taken 10 years ago. When we arrived condo was poorly cleaned the bedding was dirty and even blood on them. The host inTexas was nice and tried to get housekeeping back in there but took time . She tired to find us another condo but no luck. We got some more bedding a night or two later. She did reimburse us for first night when we were unable to sleep there.

Fun for everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is great for kids. Our 8 year had a blast! My favorite was the master bedroom. You can lay on the bed and see the ocean and was amazingly comfortable. The view was beautiful and the location was so convenient. The room had everything we needed. Our teens were able to walk across the road and shop around and were super close to shopping and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Property wasn't cleaned well, dust bird poop on balcony, my husband stepped on a budwiser beer cap out on the balcony with his bare feet. Ceiling fans covered in dust, tv console covered in dust. Air conditioner wouldn't go below 68 degrees, strip of cabinet fell off, bottom part of dishwasher fell off. A game room was advertised but there wasn't a game room there,it was turned in to a cafe. A 20.00 fee for parking and property passes was instead 30.00.

Perfect stay!

This was our fourth trip to splash and our best yet! The unit was exactly as pictured as well as very clean and comfortable. The owner was wonderful about providing all details before we arrived, and she also gave us recommendations on some fun things to do that did not disappoint. Great Family Vacation

We had the best time at Splash for our family beach vacay. The pool and lazy river were great for our kiddos. We had the best view of the ocean. The property manager, Tracy, was great. VERY helpful and informative. Great communication!

Beautiful beach and nice condo.

Owner was very easy to work with. Workers at the resort were a very nice. The code given for the room was incorrect and the security people onsite were no help. Owner replied very quickly and resolved the issue promptly. The fees are a little extreme especially since it wasn’t spotless when we arrived.
