Find a bright and airy retreat on the shores of Panama City Beach at this gulf-front condo in Tidewater Beach Resort. You'll have stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, which is accessed from the living room, as well as on-site amenities that include free seasonal beach service, indoor and outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center, an arcade, and a movie theater.

Pick up souvenirs at one of the 124 stores in Pier Park, which is less than a mile from the resort. This outdoor shopping center features plenty of dining options, including The Brass Tap, The Back Porch, and Osaka Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi, and sources of entertainment as well. Get out on the water with a rental wave runner rental from Easy E Watersports, or see the Emerald Coast from above with Panama City Parasail.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 20.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
