    Dit is een professioneel ingericht, mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers waar de warme zon van Florida en de koele zeewind op u wachten in dit tropische appartement op de twaalfde verdieping in toren 1 van Long Beach Resort.

    Dit appartement beschikt over muur tot muur uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit elke kamer van dit ruime 1400 m² retraite, en met de locatie van dit resort, is het handig voor alles, van de geweldige restaurants tot een Super Walmart aan de overkant van de straat! Groot lagunebad (6800 m²) met watervallen, bubbelbaden, twee Polynesische zwembaden (seizoensgebonden verwarmd), bar en grill op het terrein (seizoensgebonden), prachtig aangelegd terrein, verhuur van jetski's / parasols op het terrein en 24 uur per dag toegang en veiligheid.

    De woonkamer heeft een 29-inch tv en dvd en een queensize slaapbank. Er is een kingsize bed in de master suite met 27'TV en DVD en twee queensize bedden in de logeerkamer met een 21 'TV / DVD. Geen 'motelwit' beddengoed in dit appartement, alle bedden hebben 400 Egyptische katoenen lakens! Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met dubbele marmeren wastafels en een groot marmeren tuinbad. Stap vanuit je slaapkamer en woonkamer op je enorme privébalkon om te genieten van de rustgevende geluiden van de golf of om een prachtige zonsondergang in Florida te bekijken!

    Uw balkon kijkt uit over 1300 voet aan privéwit zandstrand met jetski en parasol / stoelverhuur. Dit is een NIET-ROKERS-unit, huisdieren NIET toegestaan, en huurder moet 25 jaar of ouder zijn en de unit gedurende de gehele huurperiode bezetten.

Stay was amazing! Directly on the beach with everything needed to make the stay comfortable. There was a main water line burst during our stay which caused a water outage. The host was absolutely AMAZING at keeping us updated and doing everything he could to make our stay pleasant even during the issue. We will definitely be returning!

This place definitely could use a few upgrades!! Beds were not comfortable at all and there was only one lounge chair on the balcony that was broken!! But the view from the balcony was beautiful!!!

I absolutely loved this condo/resort! It was very clean. Communication was great. The reason I gave an overall of 3 is for the queen bedroom & balcony furniture. I read the other reviews but thought everyone's different. No, those beds worst beds ever. My sister & I ended up sleeping in the king bed together so. I wouldn't call it a 2 bedroom. The balcony is gorgeous, but the furniture is so terrible you really couldn't enjoy it. We put pillows on the chairs to watch the fireworks. If these things were updated I would absolutely come back.

Location is fantastic

Location and view were amazing. Could use a little updating. They had a full kitchen of cups/plates/Skillets etc. which was nice. Beds are firm. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Pools and the pool bar were nice and having two beach chairs and umbrella was also a plus. Pineapple Willys being next door was a hug plus as well.

First vacation ever and it did not disappoint!!!

We chose Panama City Beach for my 50th birthday and first ever vacation. Speaking with David left me feeling VERY comfortable after searching for a vacation home for this special trip. He was very informative and promptly answered any emails and questions I had. Upon arrival, check in was super easy. We were impressed with the condo. The condo looked exactly like pictures in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The appliances worked great! I loved having a washer and dryer and we used them often. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra linens and blankets if needed. The tub was AMAZING!!! If you want to relax, take a bath in that tub! The entire condo was extremely clean. The amenities were great! We frequented the tiki bar by the island pool and they have great food at an amazing price! The beach was great! The water was ok as it was kind of brownish from the hurricane the weeks before. The last day when we checked out, the ocean had went back to its bluish-green hue. I loved the floor to ceiling Windows. It was quite the view to wake up to. The staff on site, the other guests, and the security were all very nice. This condo made my 50th birthday a memorable one with everything I could ask for and more! Thank you David Dees for such an incredible experience! I hope to return in a yearly basis.

Disappointing

We didn't get to enter our condo until after 5pm and check in was at 4pm. The condo did not feel clean. The condo needs a lot of updating. The patio furniture was old. The pictures were definitely deceiving.

Fantastic views close to everything

Condo was just as described and as it was shown in pictures. Beautiful views from every room. The condo was much more spacious than ones we have rented in the past and we were amazed at how much room we had. Our only negativity is the upkeep of the condo. Overall, it needs some work to keep it in better condition. There were water spots on some of the ceiling tiles and the corners of the rooms (specifically the bathroom) were not as clean as the floor itself. Nothing a good scrubbing wouldn't solve. The paint trim and exterior doors need repainted as they show a lot of wear and rust. The tv in the spare bedroom didn't work the entire week and the oven took twice as long as expected to cook anything (meat, cookies, pizza rolls, etc). These are all things we overlook because we vacation for the view and the beach and not for the perfect condo, but they are things that should be addressed.

Nice visit

We had a good time, as usual, at Long Beach Resort. The 12th floor was a much nicer view than I was expecting. The patio/balcony area is more spacious than some other units we have stayed in. Very enjoyable. It was unfortunate that the pool and hot tub between towers 1 and 2 were closed for maintenance during our stay. This made the trek to the hot tub a bit more cumbersome than we would have liked.

5 STARS for owner and VRBO; 4 STARS for beach:(

The condo and owner were great. They both get 5 stars. I don’t know that we will visit Panama again. The last 3 times we have vacationed here we were not able to get in the ocean. The first time was due to a seaweed grass - it was horrible and the last two times were due to red tide. Fortunately, it did clear up by mid week so we were able to get in the last couple of days. And when we did, the water was wonderful. The bad thing about the water conditions is you have no idea when you book your rentals. I will never say never, but if we ever come back, I would book through VRBO and David Dees (the owner). My daughter and her in-laws stayed in David Dees other unit in Long Beach condos. He was wonderful to work with. VRBO is the only way to book a vacation!

Review of Panoramic Views

We love to stay at Long Beach. Love the location and pools. While we were there one of the elevators was not working properly. It was a little scary. The condo itself was very pretty in the living room and dining area. Trim needs a little paint touch up and definitely need to replace comforters and rugs in all areas. David Dees was great to work with. We loved the view. Condo looked just like the pictures. We would stay again!

Beautiful

This condo lives up to its description. Spacious and clean and had everything you might need. The location is great, close to shopping and a very short walk to Pineapple Willy’s and a few other beachfront restaurants. You will never tire of the view from the balcony!

It was just like the pictures show! Everything was great!

The place was just as described and shown in the pictures. We have stayed at Long Beach Resort for many, many years using Long Beach themselves and VRBO. The only negative thing I have to say is that the place is getting real out dated in alot of the condos now. =( On the 2nd day of our vacation, our door would not look at all and the "Manager" of the property was very nice, helpful, and gave us an alternative for the lock very quickly as to not interrupt out time and fixed the lock the next day. We were very pleased in the long run. =)

Steal of PCB

I want to start by apologizing for taking so long to write a review. We stayed in this unit the week of July 4th. We stay at Long Beach every year. I have stayed in the nicest units in this complex and I will say that this unit is a steal for what we paid. It isn't the nicest unit, nor is it upgraded, but it was everything we needed for a fraction of the cost. The unit was clean and very comfortable. David was responsive every time I tried to contact him. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Snowbird Paradise

We were very fortunate to spend two and a half months living in this beautiful condo during the winter. It is a large two bedroom condo right on the beach. It has been newly renovated with beautiful ceramic tile floors throughout for easy cleanup. There is nothing better than being able to see both sunrise and sunset from the comfort of your private balcony or from bed! Three flat screen TVs, two large bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen were great to have. Lots of sand/water toys if you have little ones. We enjoyed walks on the beach, as well as frequent hot tubbing! Walking distance to Walmart and a number of great restaurants for dinner or the Snowbird special happy hours! The owners and the property manager were very helpful and quick with a response to any concerns both prior to arriving and while we were there. We look forward already to our return!
