Our beautiful, 10th floor (#1015) condo at Tidewater Beach Resort will sleep 6 comfortably with a King Bed in the master, 2 twin size bunk beds for the kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, beautiful tile, and granite countertops are a few of the must have features of this condo! This beautiful, resort vacation home also boasts Gulf front balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views, unforgettable sunsets or wake up to the sounds of the surf.

*** You MUST be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rules! You will be asked to show ID upon arrival.

*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee for 1-bedroom unit: $35 + tax + credit card fee. Total $39.59 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.
Beach chairs are not included with the rental, but are available to rent at the resort upon arrival.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
