  • Voel je meteen thuis in dit appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers met uitzicht op de smaragdgroene wateren van de Golf van Mexico. In een slaapkamer vindt u een luxueus ingericht kingsize bed, televisie en een eigen balkon met twee liggende terrasstoelen, een tafel en vier stoelen. De stapelbed is voorzien van stapelbedden en een televisie. Een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer biedt plaats aan in totaal zes tot acht gasten. Een goed uitgeruste keuken, compleet met granieten aanrecht en full-sized apparaten, kunt u maaltijden bereiden als u dat wenst.

    Je hebt een prachtig uitzicht op het water en zacht, wit zand beneden vanuit dit appartement op de 11e verdieping. Tijdens de zomermaanden profiteert u ook van gratis strandservice, inclusief twee gewatteerde chaise lounge stoelen en parasol (een dagelijkse waarde van $ 40 van 1 maart - 31 oktober 2019).
    Het gezinsvriendelijke resort biedt ook:

Oud Panama City Beach favoriete Sharky's is slechts een korte wandeling over het strand. U kunt ook jetski's huren of een parasailing-excursie maken bij de eigen verhuurservice. Met al deze geweldige voorzieningen, wil je misschien nooit meer weg!

Beautiful condo right on the beach! Condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Host was fantastic with communicating with us before and during the trip with any pertinent information. Would highly recommend staying here and using this host!

Room is nice everything you need and more, very clean. Elevators are a problem but that’s apart of it. Check-in code didn’t work and took like 30 mins for someone to get in touch with me to help. Had car fully unloaded sitting outside the door and couldn’t get in I was non too pleased

Perfect Rental with Covered Parking

Plenty of places to stay along the beach. But this is the perfect place with all the amenities. Two beach loungers and umbrella come with the condo.

The condo was perfect, had everything we needed and more. We will be back to stay here. The only negative thing I can say is that the bunkbeds are not comfortable. Other than that, we had an amazing trip!

Great location. We had a great time. Within walking distance to several restaurants/bars. Only negative is that the pool deck was being resurfaced and it was very loud at times.

Would definitely stay here again

Great location. Beautiful view from inside. Nice large balcony facing the ocean. Everything was very clean. The kitchen only has dishes and utensils, there isn’t even salt and pepper so plan accordingly.

Excellent place to stay

10/10 highly to recommend! This unit was very clean, the property management company was very friendly, and we had a blast. The 2 beach chairs included with the rental were very convenient as well. I’d highly recommend this unit to any friends and family.

Family Vacation

As a family of 5, we enjoyed the full size bunk beds! Definitely a plus. Sofa sleeper also available but didn’t even use. Condo had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay. No complaints.

Beautiful Gulf Views in an Excellent Property

Although the property was smaller than any of the other 2-bedroom condos that we've rented in PCB, it was extremely well apportioned and very convenient for a long-stay rental. We especially liked the location of the building and the excellent building amenities - a nice size gym and an expansive pool area. Parking was extremely convenient and the condo itself was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great property but bring plan on bringing some stuff

Love the location, the view, the immediate walk to the beach, the fact that chairs are included & would definitely go back. BUT the TP is extremely cheap & thin, absolutely no seasonings (not even salt & pepper), you should bring a bottle of cleaner for the counters, and there is no true storage for the bunk bed room or for your food (other than the refrigerator).

Had a wonderful experience at this property in PCB. The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and neat. Only negative would be he exit signage in the parking deck. Confusing Until you figured out how to navigate it.
