One bedroom condo with a king size bed, a twin size sleeper chair, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a mounted flat screen TV and access to your private balcony, perfect for watching the stunning sunsets. This unit sleeps 5 and has a full kitchen with all black appliances as well as a washer/dryer inside the condo. The Origin at Seahaven features an on-site private theater, pool area with hot tub and a fitness center on fourth level with beautiful views of the gulf, and several restaurants within a short walk including Sharky's right across the street on the beach. The condo is about a mile walk or drive to Pier Park where you can find anything you could possibly want. There are amazing restaurants, shopping, attractions, games, music events, and so much more!!

Love this unit! The pictures do not to this unit justice. Beautiful pool, very well kept. Hot tub was perfect. Pool was warm and chairs were open. Sunset deck is a hidden gem. Rules are very strictly enforced. Comfy bed. We will be back:)

Over all it was great

Didn’t like that some of elevators where not working.. being on the 13th floor you need elevators. I think you need to communicate better on listing that it’s only 1 bedroom and there are one single pull out and double pull out couch bed. I assumed it was a two bedroom. I have a teen boy and teen girl. Thank goodness it worked out for us but not sure if other people would like that. Refrigerator/Freezer was leaking when we got there. Leaking from freezer into refrigerator. We didn’t use it much except for milk. The arm bands for pool were easily caught on door and other things we were looking to cut them but there are no scissors in condo. Seems like would have more utilities in the kitchen. If we stayed there again we would bring more of that stuff. Tile in shower needed some tilex or bleach. Loved the shower pressure. Loved having washer and dryer. Vacuum didn’t have wheels but we used it anyway, had to with 2 teens. We loved our overall stay just some minor issues stated above. Definitely would stay there again especially if it was just me and my hubby.

Nice, but a little disappointed

This condo was very clean and decorated very nicely. However there were some things lacking.....needs more silverware, pots and pans. We couldn't even fry eggs for breakfast, no decent size skillet. The lighting left us in the dark in the living area. Needs more lamps or something overhead. We had trouble all weekend with the TV. We could not connect to wifi, said no internet connection. Manager came and fixed it then bedroom tv wouldn't connect. Just aggravating. No good view . Nice pool and great pool boy. The boardwalk down to the beach needs working water to rinse feet and beach stuff off with. But we enjoyed our stay overall.

Nice Room and Great Location

The room was very nice and a great size for 2 people. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the room. Typically I would never look under the bed but I dropped something and had to look and I'm pretty sure no one has cleaned under the bed in months. There was an empty 2 liter bottle and a dirty sock and mounds of dust. Also I did laundry one night and there were 2 chicken bones in the washer. Disgusting. Also some dirty dishes and utensils in the cabinets. I would definitely suggest that this property owner hire a new cleaning company. Overall the unit was decorated nicely and it was very comfortable.
