Geniet van het geweldige uitzicht op het grote lagunezwembad, witte zandstranden en stress verminderen. Deze fantastische uitzichten zijn allemaal direct vanuit de woonkamer en de eetruimtes te zien, net zoals de foto's laten zien. Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is geschikt voor 6 personen met een kingsize bed, 2 aparte bedden en een slaapbank. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met kookgerei, keukengerei en een Keurig. Een gloednieuwe wasmachine en droger was net geïnstalleerd. 4 GRATIS strandstoelen en tent inbegrepen in de eenheid, zodat u niet hoeft te betalen voor huurstoelen op het strand !!

I really enjoyed my stay. The host pretty much provided everything you needed so you really didn’t have to go out and buy anything. The view beautiful and it was all around a great experience and I would definitely book again.

We loved this condo and the resort itself. The condo is very spacious compared to other 2 bedroom condos we’ve stayed in. It had everything we needed from utensils, Tupperware and a coffee maker. The tower includes a huge lagoon pool, mini mart, outdoor bar, arcade and a restaurant with delicious food. Communication with the owner was great. All directions for the check in/ check out process were simple and clear. We will be coming back.

Great location!

The condo was super clean and well equipped! The condo pool was perfect and beach access was the best! We had such a great time and the owners communicate super well. We will be back!

Jeremy was awesome, and I would definitely recommend his place to anyone interested in renting. It was clean, spacious, comfy beds, and an absolutely beautiful view. He provided all the beach toys and chairs my family of 6 needed. The owner was super responsive. The only very minor issue we had was the direct tv going out, and he resolved it instantly. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had the basic spices and pantry items we needed so we didn't have to worry about buying extra at the store. My kids loved the huge pool and also the two smaller heated pools right beside us on chillier days. Great restaurant to eat at or get food next to the pool, and being able to play tennis and basketball. Overall, we had an amazing trip and would happily return!! Thank you!!

Perfect getaway

This condo and location was perfect for our family getaway. The condo was beauty and had everything we needed. We had no concerns or needs the entire week. Jeremy is an amazing host and easy to book with and quickly responsive to emails. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo.

Had everything we needed!

Owner was great and condo had everything we could have needed. Appreciate the updated decor. Kids enjoyed the games! Edgewater was great being in such close proximity to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Great fall break vacation!

Highly recommend this unit!

This unit was everything and more! VERY clean!! The view was amazing. The unit had everything you needed for thr beach and pool so you didn't have to buy it or travel with it. I'd absolutely rent this unit again!

Wonderful stay

The pre arrival communication was very helpful. The place upon arrival was clean and beautiful. The pictures were spot on. The view was spectacular. The resort was clean. ( every morning, the pool and grounds were being cleaned and prepared for a new day).

Wonderful stay for our family!

We had a great time staying here for a month with our three young children. Edgewater is a great location - the pool and restaurant are wonderful, and the other amenities on-site make it easy and convenient to be there. The unit itself has a great set-up for short or long stays. There were sufficient linens, kitchen tools, and living and dining room seating. We REALLY loved and appreciated the fully stocked closet of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, and inflatables. Overall, this was a truly lovely place to stay!

Edgewater Condo

The condo was just as the online listing and reviews said. Jeremy was a great host. With the bedrooms being in the back it got very loud especially with the motorcycles and other loud vehicles. The ocean waves would have better.

Best beach stay in the dozens of beach vacations our family has been on. The room was prime location and had ideal sleeping accommodations. A bit different setup that the master bedroom/bathroom is the room with double beds but we didn’t mind staying in the king room which had two closets, plenty of space and the updated shower. The unit was gorgeous. The decor was perfect. Fans in each room for noise if you desire to sleep with those! Fully equipped. There were 3 umbrellas, 3-4 chairs, beach toys and floats, we purchased and left 3 new boogie boards! Has everything you need! Tower 1 in front of the pool and ocean is the best set up in the entire Edgewater resort complex. Parking was never an issue. Front row each time we left and returned. Pool was clean and amazing. Beach chairs/umbrella to rent were 428 for the week. With 10 food voucher each day (so you get 60 back to use at the bar or restaurant). Walmart is 3 mins away! Do a pickup order for 3pm day of arrival** The walk across the skybridge to get to the gym and courts on the other side of the road was very easy! That’s the only time we needed our bracelets. Jeremy was responsive and we were blessed to stay in his complex. Thank you!

Edgewater Resort at Panama City Beach

This condo is very spacious. The living space has lots of light and views of the pool and beach. Beds were comfortable. This condo has one of the best equipped kitchens with quality items, including decent knives, of any rental I have stayed in. The washer and dryer are a great convenience. We did have one issue while we were there and the owner Jeremy responded immediately and remedied the situation. I would recommend this rental.

Great Property

The condo is very nice and we loved the location in Tower 1. The layout and furnishings are so nice, so glad we picked this condo. The pictures don't lie. I was initially anxious w the 11th floor condo location (with only 2 elevators), but we never waited very long, even on check in day. Tower 1 is so close to the main pool, cabanas, and restaurant - we so enjoyed our trip! We traveled for a baseball tournament and our condo by far was the nicest one out of our team!

I thought the condo looked pretty in the pictures but the pictures don't do it justice. This condo is beautiful and fully stocked. They even supplied dishwasher and laundry detergent to get you started. There are fun board games to use and a closet full of chairs, umbrellas and floats. I brought all of these things and I'm excited to not have to drag them with me next time if we rent this condo. The property is awesome. I've actually been going to Edgewater since I was 6 when it first opened. The pool and amenities can't be beat. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Panama 2022

We loved everything about this condo and the resort the amenities are basically anything you can think of they have it all and the location is perfect. The only issue we had is the listing said it came with a tent and four chairs so we didn’t take any and it has plenty of chairs but there was no tent but there was some unusable umbrellas so I had to go buy a couple umbrellas but no big deal. Actually when the owner sent my final check in packet it mentioned chairs but not a tent so it was my bad for not paying attention. So I highly recommend this unit and we are very grateful Jeremy let us call this unit home for a week we wish it was for longer.
