Our condo comes with white tiled floors that spills out to the rest of the condo with the exception of the master bedroom. It combines well with our the all white fully stocked kitchen with all white appliances, Mirrored backslash, and white counter tops. The breakfast bar has four cushioned leather high chairs.
Our living room/dining area has a high top dining table with cushioned leather high chairs, a comfortable couch with a sleeper, and two plush armchairs overlooked by a large flat screen TV for entertainment.
Our plush carpeted master bedroom comes with a large king bed, all white furnishings, southern plantation shutters, and a large flat screened TV over looking the room. There is a sink-makeup station off the master and a full bath after that.
There are built-in twin bunks in the hall and a half bath near the laundry closet across from the entry door with a stacked washer and dryer.
The balcony has a palm tree oasis view of a lagoon.

Horizon South is located 12 miles from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.  We are just a 15-minute drive to Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach.
The community is located 2.5 miles from Pier Park which features shopping, dining, and entertainment. Also close by are Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park.  Area attractions Wonderworks, St. Andrews State Park, Gulf World Marine Park are all within easy driving range.  Championship golf courses are just moments away.
Panama City Beach Activities: Biking, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Water skiing, Boating, Surfing, Parasailing, and shelling. Panama City Beach, FL is packed full of excitement, adventure, and delicious dining.

RESTRICTED PET BREEDS: Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Akita, or German Shepherds.

The property was undergoing some extensive construction during our stay. I wish that would have been shared before booking. The entrance from Front Beach Road was completely closed so you had to enter/exit from the back entrance at the PCB Parkway. Walking across the street to the beach each day included mounds of dirt and large machinery. This started early in the morning and it could be heard in our condo. The condo itself was okay. I wouldn’t necessarily explain it as “completely updated” since the cabinets, stove, counters, carpet, etc weren’t new. The pond view that was advertised was drained and nasty during our stay. We also never could get connected to the WiFi, and the service in the condo was terrible! Overall it was a decent place for the price. It had a bed, a shower, and a kitchen. All we needed for a beach trip! The ongoing construction isn’t the fault of the owners, but not sharing that information before booking is.

Cozy Condo

Me, my husband and our three kids stayed here for a week. The bed was super comfy and the air worked great so the condo was nice a cool. You can watch fish and turtles in the pond on the back patio. The walk to the beach or pools isn’t bad at all. We will be staying again.

Good location, room was nothing overly impressive.

Location is nice and close to the beach. The property is going through a lot of construction. The “resort” amenities are hard to use as items are not provided by the resort. Property manager communicated well but the actual staff at the “ resort” office staff was not helpful or friendly. The room was ok but definitely not spotless. If you are staying more than a couple of days you will definitely need to provide your own stuff to wash dishes and laundry.

Easy beach access + a kitchen

It was easy to get to the beach from here - just across the street. There was a kitchen - so we didn’t have to eat out every day. Grocery store nearby, but also plenty of restaurant choices when you do want to go out. A pleasant stay!

Great place to stay

The condo was super clean. The bed is so comfy and the living room furniture was nice. Great place to relax! You can see the ocean from the balcony, and watch the turtles play in the lagoon below. Loved it!

Comfort and convenience

We absolutely loved this condo! It was beautifully decorated and everything was cozy. It had everything we needed to make our vacation relaxing. We especially loved the back patio overlooking the pond. We saw lots of turtles, fish and beautiful birds. One of the best places we’ve stayed at PCB. Thank you!!!!

Nice place, however.....

Great location, nice layout. However the unit is a bit tired, and some serious cleaning of fixtures is needed. Unit was in the process of being sold, amd we were told that the purchaser planned on repainting. hopefully the cleaning crew will be more diligent . Overall the area and development is very good.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. There is no exercise room or equipment. It is very close to the beach. The walk is short. The condo was clean and everything worked properly. There is a snowbird club with friendly people and lots of activities everyday. We can recommend this place. Forster condo service was quick to respond to us and helpful.

Loved the condo cleanliness and convenience to the beach.

The only thing that we were not happy with was that the hot tub was cold and the pool closed around 8 o’clock every night and that was the time that we would normally swim. That is my only complaint. But other than that we loved where we stayed and had a very good time.

Amazing vacation spot!

I will definitely book this property again! Everything was wonderful. The Beach access was closer than we could have imagined. There is mini golf, tennis courts, and multiple pools on this property as well. 10/10 recommend!!

Great value off season

Rented for a month off- season during job transition. Convenient west end location. Older property, but reasonably well kept up. Stayed in 2nd floor unit that faced pond and gave a beach view which was great. Would recommend to couple or small family.

Perfect Condo for Us

This condo was perfect for us. One bedroom and pet friendly. The beach is just steps away. The kitchen didn't have a can opener or cork screw, but everything else was good. The property management was great and quick to respond when we had questions.

Overall all furniture, bed, and household decorations were very nice! 👍 We slept well and felt safe and comfortable at this condo However, Dishwasher is NOT screwed into counter Washing machine smelled sour Red cereal bowls had water in them, like they were not dried all the way (saw this first night) Red pan and several skillets need to be thrown away! Non stick Coating/Teflon was very worn away.🤢 All but 1 cookie sheet was useable. Walls could use a fresh coat of paint lots of scuff marks through out all rooms Sink in kitchen leaks (that’s why a container is placed under sink and in cabinet ) No smoking units means that! Person below us smoked pot inside there unit causing smell to come into our unit🤢 *please keep in mind that coffee filters, salt, pepper, zip lock bags, tin foil etc, kitchen dish soap, are NOT PROVIDED. Bring more laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and drier sheets. Thank you

Nice condo

Condo was very nice and clean. Our only issue was with Horizon South. Paying $20 per person once you get there for armbands that no one even checks during your stay. You have to do this to get a parking pass, which should be included and emailed to print out or something when you make reservations. We had been there 3 days and the rest of our group had been there almost 6 days before they stuck something on our window about it…which was also very difficult to get off.
