This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom has everything you will need. There are 2 King bedrooms & 1 Queen bedroom all with cable TV and wireless internet. There is also a full size bed in the hallway nook and a Queen for the living room. This is a third floor end unit overlooking the pool, hot tub & double gas grills for your enjoyment. There is also a Tiki Bar open from March- October which is the same time the beach chairs are available.

Als je liever de natuur intrekt, kan dat bij Stranden van Panama City en Frank Brown Park. Ga naar Publix Sports Park om een evenement of wedstrijd bij te wonen en maak ook wat tijd vrij voor Shipwreck Island Waterpark, een topattractie die je zeker niet mag missen. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The condo was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed being able to all stay in one place. We had three generations of family and we all had a great time. We enjoyed the pool and food/drink "shack" by the pool. We enjoyed eating on the large balcony. We especially loved sitting on the balcony watching all of the fireworks going off all around us! Great place and would definitely recommend.

This place is amazing. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a bed in a cove in the hall. The air conditioning is cold and the condo is immaculate. Full kitchen has all the cookware we needed for the week. The elevators got a little slow at times, but I’ve dealt with worse in other condos. The entire place was great!

Needs major TLC

Location, patio and the prompt responses from the owner were great, however they seriously need a new cleaning crew. There was dried urine on the baseboards by the master bathroom toilet, dried food spills on the kitchen walls and baseboards, dried white stuff on the leather chair arm and dried something dripping down the front bedroom's curtains, sand in the drawers and the patio floor was covered in dirt, sand and food debris. I welcomed the owner to come look and also asked if we could get someone to come reclean, but was told all thoee things were "more of a deep clean that isn't done as often". My mom and I spent out first couple hours there recleaning as much as we could. I would love to stay here again, but it needs some major TLC.

Amazing!

The condo was just as described. The views were breathtaking and the condo was beautiful. The owner Glenn was quick to respond when I sent a message which made me feel like he really cared. I loved that they allowed us to bring our fur family with us also. The condo was comfy and clean. The added beach chairs at the beach were great. My family is already letting family and friends know this is a great place to stay. We are looking at our calender now for our next trip there. Thanks again Glenn and Jamie!

Great place!

We had a wonderful trip! The condo was exactly as pictured and had so much space. The beach in front of the condo wasn’t over crowded like some we have stayed at in the past so my kids could actually play without feeling like they were on top of other people. All the staff we came across while there was very friendly and helpful.Our main reason for booking this condo was because of it being pet friendly. There was a few different places where I could take my dog to do his business and they were all nice and clean! And last but not least the owners Glenn and Jamie were absolutely amazing. I reached out before booking and they were quick to answer any questions that I had. We got to meet Jamie after getting there and she was so sweet and friendly and she went above and beyond for us! We will definitely be staying here again!

The location and property were fantastic!! The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony was huge with a great ocean front view. The condo was spacious and the kitchen was nicely supplied with all the appliances and pots and pans we needed. The bedrooms were all a good size and the beds were comfortable. The cleanliness of the condo was not great. The floors were dirty as well as the baseboards. It was very dusty when we arrived. There was thick dust on the wall outlets in the bedrooms and the walls behind the beds were thick with dust. I think the owners need to find a new cleaning service because the one that cleaned before we arrived did not clean well at all.

Great PCB condo!

Our stay in the condo was wonderful! The 3 bedroom condo had plenty of room and was stocked with all of the essentials. The large spacious balcony had one of the best views we ever had in PBC. The condo was centrally located which made it super easy to get to stores and restaurants. Grand Panama’s pool was fantastic as well! We enjoyed our vacation! Book this condo! You won’t be disappointed.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were so nice and we were able to check in a little early. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The view was beautiful from this 3rd floor unit. It has a large balcony that we loved! We have stayed at Grand Panama for several years and this has by far been the nicest room we’ve stayed in. We will definitely stay here again. Looking forward to next summer already!

Labor Day

This is our second time staying here and we are thinking about making it our every summer stay. Super clean. We had a small problem that was taken care of within 5 minutes of notifying the owner. Could not recommend renting through Glenn and Jaimie enough!
