Great Christmas vacation

Wish all the the shopping/ restaurants on the property would have been open, and not “seasonal” , but it still was a beautiful resort.

Spring Break 2024

We were very pleased with our stay at here. The space was clean upon our arrival. The check-in code we were given was incorrect, but management was quick to get us into our rental. We enjoyed the glorious views that were provided as well as the full kitchen.

Great condo!

Highly recommend this property. We visited the first weekend of August 2019 for a girls trip. The condo was very clean, large, and had all the necessities we needed. The balcony had a great view. Even though not directly on the water its a short walk to beach by Pineapple Willys. Def recommend!

The entire trip was amazing!

Great trip! Nice view. The only thing I had a problem with the whole trip was that I was on the 19th floor and the elevators stopped working. That was an awful moment.

Could use a deep clean

The stay was as expected the condo was nice but the drapes were filthy with stains and thick dust and some walls were very dusty but everything else was clean. The check out process was off, the cleaning crew basically helped themselves in before check out and forced us out. But all and all it was a nice place with great location and good amenities

Great location

Property was nice and clean. A few amenities were over looked by housekeeping such as an extra trash bag and toliet paper roll. Also, bring your own coffee filters as none were provided for our use. Otherwise, the condo was in a great location and the layout was perfect for our group.

Great place to stay

The rental was clean and very well decorated. The problem i was the bed was too high off the floor. My wife is a short lady and we had to buy a step stool.

Make sure you have a 4 Digit code to enter the room . We had to stand out side for an hour on the phone trying codes. Other than that the stay was great.

LTW

Love Laketown wharf. Have stayed on property numerous times in past. First time with this condo. Overall good experience but could use some touch ups. Pull out mattress in couch was awful. Mold noted on shower liner. Grout in bathroom could use a good scrubbing. Needs better cookware.

Didn’t like that high definition tv wasn’t offered. Elevators didn’t work properly for most of our stay... and we were on the 19th floor

Absolutely Disgusting!

I have been staying at Laketown Wharf for many years, this was the worst unit I have ever stayed in! Upon arrival, I noticed dried garbage and trash in the kitchen can, the rugs in the bathroom were stained, body fluids on the pillowcases, and huge stains all over the carpet. We would not walk barefoot in that place! The couch cushions are so worn you can see the pull out bed! This place looks nothing like the pictures. The walls need painting, the entire place needs an overhaul. Laketown Wharf is a great location for Panama City Beach at a beautiful resort. But do not stay in this unit!

Very disappointed

The condo was filthy to food on silverware, crumbs on counters, and food stuck on chairs. No volume on the living room t.v, and the master bed had pubic hair and blood on the sheets. We had to go purchase our own sheets and lysol from Walmart, when there was no response or resolution from the host!!! The refrigerator was broken where the ice was, and mold and rust was very visible. Noone has yet to reach out to us, and when you pay a very decent price to vacation and relax with your family, you expect much better. Extremely disappointed, and I would NEVER advise anyone to stay here!
