Awesome stay

It was very clean and beach was beautiful!! Teens loved there room with bathroom. Beds were nice also outdoor furniture was great too. We will definitely be back next year.

When we go back to PCB, we will rent the same beautiful condo!! It was comfortable and even better than the pictures!! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. View of the gulf is fantastic!!

New Year's Getaway

The property was very clean, nice and had all the comforts of home. I love the balcony and the amazing patio furnishings, can't forget the view either! We were in walking distance of some great places to eat like Sharky's and Runaway Island. We drove over to Shuckum's and went into town to Tripple J's. It's hard to pick a favorite among those establishments. We spent a lot of time just enjoying being there with the ocean in the view and being lazy in the condo. Greta's Beach Rentals is an awesome company to do business with, thank you for the opportunity again!

Absolutely wonderful condo! Very clean, very clear instructions, top appliances and everything worked correctly. Beautiful view from living area and master bdrm! Fully, and I do mean, fully stocked kitchen...all you need is to bring your groceries. Tons of resturants near by, a few within walking distance. Plenty to do in area. The condo gives two complimentary beach service chairs and umbrella. The beach is private and not crowded, at all, a plus in my opinion. Very courteous employees on site. The place is beautiful and we would definitely stay there again if we ever get to go back to Panama. 5 stars.

Best Vacation Rental Ever

I’ve rented several vacation rentals in the past, and I must say this one has been the best! Everything is exactly as pictured. Absolutely beautiful! The decor and finishings, helped to give the luxury vibe. Everything I needed was in the condo. The assigned parking was great. As well as the beach service. The view was absolutely outstanding! The only downfall is they decided to repair the elevators during checkout time which required us to take 22 flights down with our luggage. That didn’t ruin the trip for me though. I will definitely book this condo again!

PERFECT mix of fun, sun and relaxation! We loved this condo and all of the ammenities. Only suggestions....PLEASE have the cleaning people actually CLEAN the floor and not just sweep it. Our feet were black on the bottoms the very first night. We had to clean the floors ourselves. Also, no space for our groceries. Otherwise we LOVED everything! Maybe 2 more highback chairs for the patio! We would LOVE to reserve for next year March 28-April 4. Let us know how we can book this condo again! Thank you so much!

After reviewing the site we chose 2204. We were not disappointed. We would definitely rent again if we return. The parking space was on the ground level very convenient. Overall experience I would give a 10. We didn't use the beach facility as we didn't have time. We enjoyed a few restaurants in the area as well.

The condo is exactly as is beautiful with really nice quality furniture. There are so many thoughtful touches and amenities throughout and as part of this stay. From the wagon to help with unloading and loading the car to the included beach service, we had everything we needed and more for a comfortable, relaxing week away. We LOVED the patio. It was so comfortable with great views. Our family of five included our 9-month old baby who just started to crawl. We really didn’t have any issues managing him or keeping him away from things he didn’t need to get into in the condo. The cover they offer for the beautiful white couch put my mind at ease that my kiddos wouldn’t destroy it.Guests should expect to wait a little for the elevators, especially if you are arriving around 5 PM when a lot of the beach goers are also coming back up from the beach. There was one day during our stay that one of the two working elevators stopped working, which led to a longer wait than usual. However, the HOA was right on top of it and got it fixed. We never had issues with the elevator after that.Finally, the communication and info Greta’s provided was outstanding. We got on the elevator’s one day with a family who were having a terrible experience because they rented through a different property management company. They didn’t have parking spot info or any instructions for their arrival. You will not have this issue with Greta’s. From email communication to the app you can download before your visit, they provide every bit of information you might need.

The condo was not only well equipped with all necessities, but also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, groceries, and leisure activities. We always stay right on the beach but have never had a more spacious unit or balcony. There was plenty of seating, beds were comfy, and the entire space was CLEAN! Carla was very easy to communicate with and was extremely accommodating. We can't wait to stay here again!

There was a few years that we went elsewhere this was the first time back to Panama City beach in a number of years and it had changed very much. We enjoyed the location of Ocean reef, we typically stayed on the west side, this location is closer to Pier Park and grocery shopping. The staff at Ocean reef condos were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at this location again we had a great time.
