Seamist is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach directly on scenic highway 30A. You can easily bike up and down the coast to first class shopping and restaurants. Some of the favorite local restaurants include The Hub, Shunk Gulley, Bud & Alleys in Seaside, Old Florida Fish House, and our favorite Pescado in nearby Rosemary Beach.

30A offers so much for the whole family including deep sea fishing, award winning golfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, fantastic shopping, outdoor concerts, or just relaxing on the beautiful white sand beaches.

Ready to relax on the beach? Chair rentals and umbrellas can be reserved through Dillon's Beach Services, or you can bring your own.

Beach cruisers are a great way to get around 30A. We recommend Salt Air 30A for bike rentals located at the nearby HUB.
