The Space:
Watch the turquoise Gulf waves roll in each morning from the balcony of this condo at Splash Resort, a beachfront retreat that you'll want to return to every year! Fit in a morning workout in the gym, walk a few steps to the white sand beach, and come home each afternoon to relax in the seasonally heated pool, lazy river, and hot tub. This resort is uniquely outfitted for children as well, offering a mini-waterpark, and a toddler-friendly splash pad. As an added perk, this rental includes complimentary beach service with two beach chairs and an umbrella.
Splash Resort is a beachfront property on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, offering you close proximity to the city's family-friendly attractions and a wonderfully relaxing setting to come home to. When you're not swimming, sunbathing (beach service is available for hire from March until October), or practicing your skills in a variety of water sports on the beach downstairs, you'll be only two miles up the coast from more than 100 stores, excellent restaurants, an IMAX theater, and all kids of entertainment at Pier Park. The exciting marine encounters of Gulf World can be found three miles southeast, while the charming beach communities along Scenic Route 30A begin at Inlet Beach only seven miles northwest.

Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Please be aware there is a $40 registration fee per vehicle that covers your parking pass and wristbands. This fee is collected upon check in at the onsite registration desk that is run by the HOA.

Explore the vibrant neighborhood surrounding our beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! Step directly onto the pristine white sands and enjoy the sun, surf, and stunning views. You're perfectly positioned to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!
Other Things to Note:
REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly.
SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly.
FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.
FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor.
COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level.
POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!
RULES: No smoking or pets are allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed per HOA regulation.
AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or above 78 degrees to avoid issues. Please also keep balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on.
RIPTIDE BAR AND GRILL - The poolside grill is open from March to September. Located by the Ground level pool area.
BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability.
LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve.
PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. Should you have any questions about what is allowed to be parked at this residence please contact us immediately.
THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.

Is there a church or chapel at the resort? No, the closest church is PCB First Assembly of God. The church is 0.6 miles away and has a Wednesday worship at 7:00 PM with a complimentary dinner from 6:00 PM - 6:40 PM Sunday worship 10:30 AM
What time is check in? Your check-in will be promptly at 4 PM.
Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the SkyWheel ferris wheel.
CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the amount of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.
Interaction with Guests:
ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST and is guaranteed by 6 PM. You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email. You will need to register with the Splash Gift Shop. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.

Splash was great as always!
Splash was amazing, the new little bistro downstairs is a great addition. Room could use some updates and repair but was clean and just fine for all we needed to enjoy another week at PCB!

Great condo
We rented two units side by side and enjoyed our stay. The floors of the unit were pretty dirty as it turned my kids feet black but other than that not bad. The property manager, Kayla, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. And got someone out when the fridge quit working and reimbursed for lost groceries.. Only suggestion is to put curtains in the extra bedroom as the hallway light shines right into the room. Great unit overall.

Overall stay was fine. Location and convenience were nice. The inside of the condo could have been better cleaned. The living room furniture is falling apart and the ice maker did not work. What really made up our minds not to book at Splash was the morning of checkout. An hour and a half prior to check out a maid decided to take it upon herself to barge in without the decency of knocking then run off without even an apology. When we made it to the door to confront her she was nowhere in sight. Did not even make sure to close the door all the way behind her which put my 2 year old son’s safety in jeopardy. As frequent PCB goers multiple times per year, we have never had such carelessness happen. We will not be back to this property.

Tvs are difficult to work
Its super nice and clean! However the tvs almost never want to work right or are hard to figure out. The wifi kept going out. There were cockroachs in room, we killed a few during our stay and over heard that another room was badly infested also. We were not given much info no tv guide or how to work the tv ordisposal or dish washer or washer and dryer it was a legit figure it out kind of room we managed but it would be helpful to have a information book on how to correctly use things in the flat.

Great beachfront condo!
Our family has stayed at Splash many times, but this was our first stay in 1802W. It was a great condo for our needs. The couches were actually comfortable, we liked all the balcony seating (and table for us to enjoy meals out there!), and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils and equipment. The only downside was the tv in the living room doesn’t seem to work (despite many remotes), and was crooked on the wall. Also, the second bathroom (for the kids) had a tub plug that doesn’t pop down to plug the tub. It made giving our baby a bath difficult, but nothing too major. Just information I’d find helpful when searching for condos for my family. We’d certainly return to 1802W in the future! Also, this was our first Splash visit during high season, and the elevators were fine in the west building, we had absolutely no issues with wait times!

Condo fine needs some maintenance
Overall the condo looks just like the picture. So what u see is what what u r getting. What u don’t see is a few problems that need to be fixed. The refrigerator was turned down, we were warned it would take 12 hours for it to cool once we changed the setting when we arrived, to plan accordingly. We brought food that needed to be in fridge, would’ve been nice if it had been cold. Ice maker didn’t work. Finally after a second trip, maintenance realized the water had been turned off to it. Master bath tub had a draining problem , as it took at least 45 minutes for it to drain after 1 shower. Plus u stood in water for your whole shower. I called about this, it was never addressed. Needs some drywall repair in bathroom. It could be an awesome place but needs some TLC. Definitely overpriced, for what we paid for it we shouldn’t have had any problems

Don't waste your money on this condo!
The check-in process was easy. We have stayed at this resort many times and normally rent the same unit. We decided to change it up and rent this one. Big mistake. The condo was so dirty when we check in. Sand was EVERYWHERE. On the furniture, the tables, the floors, the tubs. We found a broom and swept it up, but within an hour of being there, our feet were black. The TVs have some weird lock on them so you cannot change the volume. There are no remotes for the bedroom TVs. The master shower head has terrible water pressure, but that's probably a good thing as the tub does not drain. And to top it all off, there was blood all over both sets of bunk beds. It looks like someone cut themselves and was bleeding all over the place. The hall bathroom has a towel rack that is missing the knobs and has screws sticking out so I think that's where whoever got cut. I contacted the property manager or someone at Vasca and they said they were sending someone ASAP. They did not show up. I contacted them the next morning. Nothing. I had to clean someone else's blood up just so the kids could go to bed. We have stayed in so many condos over the last 20+ years, but this is by far the worst we have ever seen.
