✔ Bathrooms: The primary/master bathroom features double vanities and a walk-in shower with seprate garden tub. The second/guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo with an entrance from the hallway.

✔ Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, cozy accent chair, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access with stunning views of the Gulf Coast.

✔ Kitchen: Fully equipped to ensure you can prepare all your favorite meals, a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze, and a coffee maker for your morning brew. There is a dining table with seating for three, as well as bar seating for three.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

✔ A strict no-smoking policy promotes a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

✔ Age requirement of 18+ for reservations

✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.

✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.

✔Laketown Wharf Resort requires all guests to register and pay for their parking passes and wristband use prior to arrival. The cost is $103.68 per reservation, which covers parking for up to 2 vehicles and wristbands for up to 8 guests.
