This beachfront condo is just perfect for your coastal getaway! The private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico is a wonderful spot for enjoying your morning coffee or taking in the evening sunsets. Prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or fire up one of the BBQ grills located just downstairs. Beach access allows you to spend countless hours on the sand, and enjoy a range of aquatic adventures!

Seasonal, complimentary beach chairs are included with this vacation rental. These will be available upon checking in with the lifeguard in front of the property. They are offered at Adventures at Sea, which is situated directly in front of the complex.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
Two beach chairs and one beach umbrella are included at no charge during guest stay. Guest will need to see beach attendant to be provided these.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 11.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the stay. But there wasn’t any delivery menus so we can order out. And punching in the every time to come got tedious. Sometimes it work and other time had to repeat. Should have cards to swipe in and out. Would be much better.

Nice stay, balcony under construction

The place was a over all nice stay except for the balcony, i had no idea the balcony would be under construction along with half the hotel. I called vacasta and lady said if i was sweet she would contact the owner and property to see what could be done about this. No response back. Was highly upset about that. The tv in the bedroom also did not work.

Terrible! Couldn’t acess my balcony due to the scaffolding . My door code and the gate code didn’t work consistently and as a result I had to call repeatedly to get in my room or the gate . This was very frustrating and the worst beach stay ever.

Was not on website that unit was under construction. Balcony was blocked. No curtains or shades, other units could look in. Trash had not been emptied, floors had not been vacuumed. Broken furniture. Contact with property manager was not helpful in trying to move to another unit. Had traveled to train for upcoming Ironman triathlon and ended up not staying and going home because of conditions. Property management said they would look into reimbursement and we never heard back. Money and time wasted. Will not recommend staying to any triathletes coming to Panama City Beach.

Layout and stay

The layout of the room of the facility was wonderful. Cleanness was not that great but we’re not that picky. The worst was the bugs all around they tried spraying but didn’t work at all due to our things were out. So if you’re going to stay try to get the last time it was sprayed. We did enjoy the trip.

Bugs in condo!!!!

Thank s place has roaches running every where, they were even in the bed. This was the worst experience I have ever paid for, and still haven't heard from anyone. I wish I had seen the previous review in June saying there were bugs, I would not have booked this place. I spent too much money to not enjoy the condo because of roaches. Ugh, now I am cleaning and washing everything I own as to not bring them to my house! Y'all are aware of this issue, and yet a month later, you still have negative reviews.

A few mishaps, nice overall

The room was clean, linens folded nicely on the couch, welcome notes, and an absolutely beautiful ocean view. We did see a roach crawling on the wall making its way to the roach trap, A/C was not working, however the property manager was quick to respond and send, Demitri, who was very kind on the phone and helpful in trying to fix it. It unfortunately did not get any cooler for us, but we was informed there is only 2 air vents (1 in living room, 1 in bedroom) due to it being an older unit it is harder to cool. The elevators were in and out of service, we hopped on one night from floor 11 and it made the worst noise and stopped working on floor 9 while we were still on it. Thank goodness my boyfriend remained calm, because I sure didn’t thinking it would fall any minute. After about 5 minutes of panic, it slowly started moving again. That was a huge dent in my overall liking of the condo, while things happen and I completely understand that, they was in and out of service the whole time as mentioned. We seen someone having to work on them multiple times, which was very uneasy. Overall, it was a nice unit. The room was spacious with nice utilities, cleaned well, and had everything you might need. The condo itself had a Tiki Bar which we utilized a lot, Pineapple Willy’s is just going through a gate and you’re in their parking lot, in a great location close to most of the things we wanted to do! Definitely just needs a few updates, and the condo overall needs a good elevator maintenance. We had a great trip nonetheless!

Overall, not a horrible stay. When we booked the place we thought we were staying in an extremely nice place. Pictures were a little deceiving. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Sink and shower drains were stopped up. Little disappointed considering the amount of money we spent to stay here.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES! Walked in and the condo was clean. It had a beautiful ocean view with floor to wall windows. I read so excited until I looked to my right and seen a roach on the wall. Immediate reported. Seen several more that night. I asked to be moved and that did not happen. The property manager responded promptly everytime I texted, but they never accommodated me. They literally dropped off roach traps and handed them to us. Do not stay here. Sad because its a beautiful property. There's no way they did not know because it was infested. They don't care because they got your money now.
