Once you head into your condo, you'll immediately notice the breathtaking balcony view. The beach below and the bright blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico stretch out before you completely unobstructed, making the balcony a nice place to kick back and relax with a tropical drink.
Inside, the condo balances the low-key hues of the walls and carpeting with the occasional dash of color from paintings and potted plants. You can admire it all from the sofa and wicker armchair of the living room, which also provides a nice vantage point for taking in some cable and DVDs on the TV. The kitchen offers plenty of room on the countertops for you to lay out some fresh-bought ingredients and find a fun dish to prepare using the WiFi. Plenty of dishware, as well as a nice selection of appliances, give you everything you need to cook up something nice and tasty. Serve appetizers at the wicker breakfast bar before tucking into the main course at the dining table - or head downstairs to the shared grilling area for a barbecue.
There's one bedroom and plenty of options for guests looking for some shuteye. The living room has a sofa bed, plus there's a twin bunk bed tucked away in a small alcove down the hall. Wake up to a refreshing shower in either of the two bathrooms and get ready to explore!

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 12.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
