The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida is undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 2025 and are expected to be completed by April 2026.

This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas, pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period. Beach access is limited to the Lagoon Pool area. Please consult with the property manager regarding pool closures during 2026.

During the entire month of MARCH alcohol is not allowed on the sandy beach. This a Panama City Beach Regulation. Alcohol is allowed at the pool areas during March. Typically the City of Panama City Beach restricts beach access 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. during March.

This condo is a 3-bedroom, 3 bath 1780 square foot condo located on the 13th Floor of the Long Beach Resort, Unit 1306. There are two beach chairs with an umbrella included in the Rental March 1-October 31.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo. There are (10) pool bands in the condo. Guests may have up to 3 car passes. Additional car passes are $35 each. Arrangements have to be made with the property manager for additional car passes.

Internet instructions, instructions on how to access your beach chairs and contact information are posted in the condo on the refrigerator in the kitchen.

The condo has been upgraded and remodeled in the fall/winter of 2025 with new interior paint throughout, new baseboards, door frames. new kitchen cabinets, backsplash and appliances, countertops and stainless appliances. There is plank tile flooring throughout the condo. A coffee bar with new cabinetry has been added between the kitchen and dining area.

The living room has a large sectional sofa, swivel accent chair and coffee table. There is a large flat screen television in the living room. There is balcony access to a super sized balcony with sweeping views of both directions of white sandy beach and the Gulf of America.

The dining area has seating for 8 and there is seating for two at the breakfast bar.

The primary suite is beautifully decorated with a luxurious coastal theme and has a king sized bed, spectacular walk-in shower, balcony access and large flat screen tv. The primary suite bathroom has new bathroom cabinetry, countertops and lighting.

Guest room #1 is beautifully decorated with two queen beds, a full bath with dual sinks and a garden tub/shower combination. The guest room also has access to the main balcony and has a flat screen tv. The bathroom has new cabinets, countertops and lighting.

Guest Room #2 has two queen beds, private balcony access with a smaller, private balcony with two polywood chairs. The guest bath has been remodeled with new cabinetry, countertops and lighting. The guest bath has a large walk in shower.

The condo can accommodate up to 10 guests. There are 10 pool bands in the condo.

The main balcony has a large polywood table and chairs that accommodates 6 and has two polywood deck/lounge chairs with a cocktail table.


There are charcoal grills at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage of any resort on the beach with over 1700 lineal feet of beach frontage.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage!

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away.

At Barefoot Beach Rentals we work hard to keep our condos very clean and well maintained. This condo provides Wireless Internet access.

This a Non-smoking Condo, Pets are Not allowed, and Renter must be 25 years of age or older.

All the rooms have floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors provide stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of America. This is the perfect place to wake up to in the morning and relax after a great day on the beach.

Of course you want to sample our great PCB restaurants but when you choose to dine in, the fully renovated and well equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. This condo was fully remodeled in the fall of 2025 and has new cabinetry, backsplash, countertops and appliances.

The bedrooms of this condo are no less spectacular. All 3 have incredible gulf views and drapes so that you can sleep in just a little later.

Inside and out Long Beach offers the best. Thirteen hundred feet of magnificent, white-sand beach means the beach never feels crowded.

If a pool is more to your liking, the 6800-square-foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and a palm tree islands will be just what you are looking for. The 'Hang Out' snack bar and grill is located poolside at the Lagoon pool providing tropical drinks and delicious meal options to make your vacation easy and convenient. The Lagoon Pool is located between Towers 2 and 3.

There are also two heated Polynesian pools between Tower 1 and 2 and Tower 3 and 4.

There are charcoal grills at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

Long Beach Resort has gated entry and security patrol. The large parking lot is located right in front of the condo, with a covered portico and ample luggage carts.
