The hot water in the shower and kitchen was very hot. My only comment is that there could be more attention paid to the cleaning of the kitchen and utensils. However the mattress was way too firm for me so I didn't sleep, but my husband had no such complaints. The sofa was too low and uncomfortable to sit on too.
