A perfect place to enjoy a holiday with a pool and all the amenities without leaving Palma. This villa is located in Cala Estancia, a coastal area that belongs to the city of Palma de Mallorca (the city center is about 7 km away). It has 4 bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and can accommodate up to 7 people. The house has an area of approximately 300 m². The upper floors of the house offer spectacular views of the sea.

The house is just a few meters from a beautiful rocky beach and 600 meters from Playa des Carnatge. The yacht club is a few steps from the villa, as well as several high-quality restaurants.

It has a charming garden with tall pine trees and large terraces with shaded areas. You can also enjoy the sun on the sun loungers next to the saline water pool, which is much gentler on the skin. Additionally, a barbecue is available.

The villa has a fireplace and central heating for cooler days, and air conditioning in all rooms for hot days.

It offers Internet access via WiFi, satellite TV with  Netflix and channels in Spanish, English and German, radio and DVD player. There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron and hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided.

There is space to park two cars in the building's private garage, as well as in the adjacent streets. The garage is equipped for groups of cyclists, with tools and bike racks.

Without a doubt, it is a fantastic option for a perfect vacation. This property only accepts FAMILIES or GROUPS looking for tranquility, not groups of young people.

RENTHOUSING is available to guests 24 hours a day.

A supplement of €100 will be charged for arrivals (check in) after 9:00 p.m.

A deposit of €500 will be required to pay before arrival.

Rules:

-Smoking is completely prohibited inside the property, if you do not comply with the rule you will be penalized.

-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-Guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection places, before ending their stay.

-Responsible use of air conditioning and heating must be made, turning them off when they are not inside the villa.
