The 320 m² villa, spread over 2 floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine, dryer and TV. A cot and high chair are available on request.



On the first floor, you will find a large balcony with sun loungers and beautiful views of the landscape and mountains, as well as a pool for cooling off. The spacious private outdoor area on the ground floor offers gardens with palm trees, covered and uncovered terraces, a pleasant dining area and a barbecue—ideal for breakfast or enjoying evenings with a glass of wine while watching the sunset.



The property also features a tennis court. Several supermarkets, shops and restaurants are just 2-5 minutes away by car. From a bus stop 600 m from the property, you can reach the centre of Palma in about 20 minutes. Cala Major beach is a 10-minute drive away (9 km), and within 15-20 minutes by car you will find numerous picturesque beaches and coves. The international airport is a 15-minute drive away (15 km).



Parking is available on the property. The establishment recycles glass, plastic and paper. Charging electric cars on the property is not allowed; designated charging points are available in town. Pets are not permitted.
