The second bedroom, equally appointed with fine linens, offers its own en suite bathroom stocked with luxury toiletries to enhance your experience. Guest Access:

Check-in is seamless at 4 PM, with detailed access instructions provided a few days before your arrival. Check-in instructions will be sent 1-3 days before arrival. To ensure a seamless and quick arrival, we offer virtual check-in. Per the City of Palm Springs ordinance, we are required to conduct a face-to-face check-in within 24 hours of your arrival, which will be completed virtually with a member of our team.

Quiet hours help preserve the tranquility that defines this desert retreat. As part of Palm Springs' Good Neighbor effort, all adult guests must acknowledge city guidelines prior to rental access. Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am. Due To A New City Ordinance:

- Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking

- IDs will be requested for verification after booking

- We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
