Welcome to the Desert Charmer!

Located in Demuth Park Neighborhood, this exquisitely decorated and well-appointed home has a main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus a fully functional detached casita with a backyard that offers resort style amenities in this upscale getaway.

This Mid-Century Modern property has been renovated and the list of upgrades is extensive. The home offers front to back re imagined landscaping, step inside the home and you can see the natural light warms the modern interior, enjoy the open concept living spaces with a fully-outfitted kitchen with an island that makes it smooth and easy to prepare wonderful meals throughout the day and dining area for 8 people.

Experience comfort, ease and style in all 4 bedrooms featuring high end linens, hospitality-quality mattresses and flat screen televisions. The casita features a full bathroom, kitchen area and laundromat.

The back sliders open to the private patio and pool area, making it the perfect indoor/outdoor Palm Springs Oasis. The large backyard offers total privacy for sunbathing on the chaise chairs, floating in the pool or relaxing in the raised spa and tanning shelf. You can enjoy casual barbecues with family and friends and lose yourself to the expansive mountain views while having coffee in the mornings in the outdoor living area.

Pool and spa heating is not included and is available upon request at $75 per night. Spa will be heated on a morning and evening schedule. If you would like to set your own 4 hour spa timeframes (2 per day), please let us know before your stay.

Please also note that this home has a tankless water heater and while this system promotes energy efficiency, the heating is isolated to specific areas at a time and may require guests to take turns when using hot water for showers to ensure everyone has access to warm water during the stay.

Fantastic!
We had a wonderful time. The house was pristine; the kitchen was well-outfitted with beautiful, new housewares. The pool was delightful, we did use the casita for sleeping and it was just as comfortable as the rest of the house. We had a question mid-stay and got a quick, successful response. The view of the mountains from the dining area - also beautiful!

Clean house, great location
The house was clean with cute and stylish decor located close to downtown Palm Springs. We came to town for a relaxing bachelorette weekend and the house + casita were perfect for a group of 7 and the pool/spa provided just the relaxation we were hoping for. The house is stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies (i.e., cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.) which made it easy to bring in our own food and whip up exactly what we needed. I did not give it 5 stars for everything as we did run out of toilet paper. When we reached out to the management/host they responded quickly and said that someone would come by within 2 hours but 4-6 hours went by and still no sign of toilet paper. Also, it would be convenient to have mirrors in each of the bedrooms as only having mirrors in the bathrooms and in the living room can make it difficult for 7 people to get ready at the same time to head out on the town. Overall, a great stay and a great experience. Thank you so much,

We will be back
Five college friends gathered here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well appointed for cooking at home. The house is in a cozy neighborhood with great views of the surrounding mountains. It is a short walk to Prescott Preserve where you can take a lovely daily walk or indulge in great bird watching (or turtle watching!). We used the house as a base to explore hikes like Murray Canyon Trail, to visit Joshua Tree National Park and Anza Borrego State Park. We loved our visit to Sunnylands and the guided bird walk. In the evenings we went in to Palm Springs for the Thursday Night Market and to visit various restaurants. It was very nice to retreat to the house, the common areas - especially the hot tub. We’d definitely rent again and highly recommend.

Cute Property
The property itself is cute with comfy lounging areas but felt a bit cramped for 3 adults as bedrooms are very close to if not immediately off of the kitchen/living room. A bit challenging for folks who keep different schedules. This property is in a “locals” neighborhood so be aware of that if you’re hoping for a different vibe.

Incredible stay, location, and amenities close to the airport and downtown!
10/10! Stayed here with my family and friends for a long weekend. We could not have been more impressed by this property. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, the beds were cozy and well accommodated our group of 8, and there were plenty of amenities to cook and entertain ourselves. The location near the airport was super convenient for guests arriving at different times, and only was ~10 mins from downtown. The neighborhood was really quiet as well. Overall, we absolutely loved the place and would definitely stay here again!
