Walk less than a mile west to reach Palm Canyon Drive in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, home to vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, art galleries, theaters, and casinos. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 6 miles west, offering stunning views and access to mountain trails. The Movie Colony neighborhood, developed between the 1930s and 1940s, blends mature, upscale charm with proximity to downtown`s eclectic energy. Golf courses, hot springs, and spas are all nearby. Joshua Tree National Park makes an excellent day trip.



Getting Around:

Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 3 miles south, about a 10-minute drive. Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district is a 10-minute drive west. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 6 miles west. Joshua Tree National Park is about 45 minutes east via CA-62. Coachella festival grounds are approximately 30 minutes southeast via I-10.

• Parking: 3 cars maximum

• Pool heating available for $150 per day (heats to 82 degrees). Requests must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. Due to pool size, it takes 2 days to preheat

- Checkout is at 10:00am
-An additional fee may be paid to heat the pool in the colder months. We must be notified 72 hours in advance!! The pool will not heat in one day!
