The house is located in the desirable and typically wind-free south end of Palm Springs in the heart of the prestigious Indian Canyons neighborhood. You will enjoy fabulous and private resort-like accommodations with a large pool deck, private outdoor shower, 9 chaise lounge chairs, On the back patio, recline on cushy sectional seating around the gas fire pit with endless views of the green golf course, while sipping a refreshing beverage and admiring the sunset behind the San Jacinto Mountains. Then, enjoy a fabulous dinner prepared al fresco at the well-equipped stainless steel outdoor kitchen and one of our 2 patio dining tables, each with seating for 6.

The bi-level main great room in the core of the house features a pool-level cocktail area with a fully-equipped wet bar with ice maker, mini-fridge, wine cellar, and plenty of glassware, as well as a raised seating area/home theater by the fireplace with incredible panoramic views to the majestic mountains and clear blue skies beyond.

An expansive modern kitchen frames yet another stunning view of the golf course, and features a large waterfall prep island, quartz countertops, two sinks, and Thermador professional appliances including a 48" refrigerator, two dishwashers, a 5-burner gas cooktop with griddle, double convection ovens, microwave, a built-in coffee/cappuccino maker, as well as an eat-in breakfast area with a 42” HDTV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a wide variety of high-end cookware, numerous utensils, and small appliances that would make a professional chef happy. The house features extensive technology and home automation throughout. The Crestron, Sonos and Apple TV home entertainment system provides an easy way to enjoy your streaming music and video with high fidelity speakers throughout the house. The home theater set up in the living room features a 75" 4K Ultra-HDTV and full Dolby Digital surround system with 7 speakers and 4 subwoofers.

The main Master Bedroom Suite is spacious and bright, with a balcony leading directly to the pool and spa. This bedroom features a King-size bed, 75" 3D HDTV, full Dolby Digital surround sound system, and Blue Ray/DVD player. The huge en-suite master bathroom features a large double shower for two with amazing mountain views and sparkling modern glass tiles. A secondary European-style hygienic mini-shower is located within the toilet/water closet area.

The second Master Bedroom Suite is located in the central part of the house with western-facing mountain views. This suite features a King-size bed, a 55" HDTV, and private en-suite full bathroom with skylight. A sliding glass door leads from this bedroom to the side and back patio.

The third Guest Bedroom is secluded at the end of the hallway on the west wing of the house for additional privacy. The large room features two Queen-size beds, a 42" HDTV, and an adjacent full bathroom. With no exterior access, this room has a window with a mountain view, and is nearby a slider to the pool patio.

Once the sun is down and the sky starts to darken, the real drama of this unique home begins... The pool and fountains illuminate, turning the water into a gorgeous deep blue hue. Together with the expansive intersecting panels of glass, the pool effectively reflects the architectural design of the house and surrounding mountains with breathtaking beauty! Extensive LED landscape lighting will also reflect shades of the desert landscape and palms. All the windows are covered with remote controlled retractable shades for privacy.

The house is conveniently located just a short 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs with all of its excellent restaurants, shopping, art galleries and nightlife.

You will find this to be one of the finest homes for your vacation available in the desert!

Please note that home office space is reserved for owner use only. Also, the house is home to a grand piano which is not normally available to guests, but may be discussed optionally with the owner for an additional fee.
