All adult guests (18 years and older) are required to review and acknowledge the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure. We kindly ask that the completed forms be signed and returned to our office to remain in compliance with local vacation rental regulations. The primary guest is also required to provide information for all vehicles associated with the reservation.

During the check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, review local ordinances, and answer any questions. Please note that the guest who made and paid for the reservation must be the person checking in and must be at least 25 years old. For security and compliance purposes, access information will not be released until the virtual check-in has been completed.
