• Luxurious Bedrooms & Baths: Find your tranquil retreat in spacious, beautifully designed bedrooms. The primary suite boasts both an indoor and an outdoor shower for a spa-like experience.

• Living Room: Full Murphy Bed (For Kids Only)



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire property, including the main house, the private casita, the pool, hot tub, and all outdoor living areas. The property features a private entrance and is fully fenced for your privacy.



Other Things to Note:

• City ID: 031840

• City Requirements: The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign an additional rental agreement. You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of your vehicles after your reservation is confirmed. This is a mandatory step for all vacation rentals in the city.

• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

• Optional Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please request this service at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Pool heating must be for consecutive days.

• Pet Fee: A flat fee of $75 per stay applies for guests bringing dogs (max 2).

• Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, a 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.

• Commitment to Cleanliness: Our professional housekeeping team follows rigorous protocols, using EPA-registered products to clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces, soft surfaces, and dinnerware before your arrival.

We prioritize your privacy and comfort. Our team is available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance during your stay. We are local and can respond promptly to any concerns, but we will not be on the property during your visit unless requested.
