The Space:

To help you plan your stay, here are a few important details about the home:



Check-In & Check-Out

* Check-in: **4:00 PM**

* Check-out: **10:00 AM**

* Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee based on availability. Advance requests are required and cannot be guaranteed.



Pool & Spa

* Private pool and spa

* Spa heating is complimentary. You turn on as you want to use it.

* Pool heating is available for **$100 per night** (minimum two consecutive nights).

* Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least **48 hours prior to arrival**.

* Maximum pool temperature is **88°F**



Pet Policy

We happily welcome up to **two dogs** with prior approval.

* Pet Fee: **$200 per pet**

* Pets are not permitted in the pool or spa.

* Please clean up after your pets during your stay.

* An additional cleaning fee may be charged if pet waste is not properly cleaned up during your stay.



Parking

-Per City of Palm Springs ordinance, a maximum of **four (4) vehicles** is permitted on the property. Please contact us before booking if additional parking may be needed.



Guest Access

-Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool, spa, outdoor living areas, and game room. A small number of owner and management closets are securely locked and are not accessible to guests.



Smart Entry

-The home features secure keyless entry. Your personalized access code will be provided prior to check-in for a convenient, contactless arrival.



Wi-Fi & Entertainment

-High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. All TVs are Smart TVs, allowing you to log into your favorite streaming services using your personal accounts.



What's Included

Your stay includes:

* Premium linens, bath towels, and pool towels

* Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils

* Coffee maker and essential small appliances

* Starter supply of toiletries, paper products, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent



Shipping Packages

-If you need to receive a package during your stay, please contact us before shipping. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for delivered packages.



Security Cameras

For guest and property security, exterior security cameras monitor entry points and the outside of the home only. There are no cameras inside the living areas.



Desert Environment

Palm Springs is located in the Sonoran Desert, so occasional insects or desert wildlife are normal. The property is professionally treated on a regular monthly basis, and we kindly ask guests to keep exterior doors closed and outdoor food cleaned up to help minimize pests.



Extended Stays

Reservations of **28 nights or longer** require a refundable **$3,000 security deposit**, include a **$250 utility allowance**, and receive scheduled housekeeping approximately every **15 days**.



Important City Ordinances

-To comply with City of Palm Springs regulations, outdoor music and excessive noise are prohibited at all times. Occupancy, parking, and other vacation rental rules are strictly enforced. Additional information will be provided before and during your stay to help ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and all of its amenities, including the private pool, spa, outdoor living spaces, and game room.



For the protection of owner belongings and supplies, a small number of closets and storage areas are securely locked and are not accessible to guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Whether you're here to unwind by the pool, explore the desert, or experience everything Palm Springs has to offer, you'll enjoy a peaceful residential setting with easy access to the best of the Coachella Valley.



Getting Around:

Eat Play Love is conveniently located in South Palm Springs. A vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay, though rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Palm Springs. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is just a short drive away, making arrivals and departures quick and convenient.

To help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing stay for both our guests and our neighbors, we kindly ask that you review and follow the City of Palm Springs vacation rental ordinances outlined below.

** Noise Policy : Eat Play Love is located in a quiet residential neighborhood where the City of Palm Springs strictly enforces vacation rental regulations. Outdoor music or excessive noise is not permitted at any time**, regardless of the hour. This includes amplified music, speakers, loud gatherings, excessive yelling, screaming, or other disturbances that can be heard beyond the property line.



Violations may result in:

* City fines of **$1,000 or more**

* Immediate termination of your reservation

* Eviction without refund



We want you to have an amazing vacation while also respecting the neighbors who call this community home.



* Occupancy



Only the number of guests included on your reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been granted.



If our security monitoring systems or local security patrol report unauthorized guests or occupancy exceeding the permitted limit, your reservation may be terminated immediately without refund and charged and over occupancy fee.



### Personal Belongings



Please remember to take all personal belongings with you upon departure.

- WanderLuxe Vacation Rentals is not responsible for items that are left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged after check-out. If an item is located, we are happy to assist with arranging its return at the guest's expense whenever possible.



* City Compliance

-City regulations require that every short-term rental guest be informed of all applicable vacation rental ordinances.



A representative from **WanderLuxe Vacation Rentals** may contact or visit you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review these requirements, answer any questions, and ensure you have everything needed for a wonderful stay.



*Liability Notice

While we work hard to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home, guests acknowledge that the use of the property and its amenities is at their own risk.



WanderLuxe Vacation Rentals and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal property, injuries, accidents, or interruptions to services that are outside of our control, including but not limited to temporary disruptions of electricity, water, gas, internet, cable, plumbing, weather events, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.



Guests understand that amenities such as the swimming pool, spa, patios, outdoor surfaces, and surrounding areas may become slippery when wet and should always be used responsibly. By occupying the property, guests accept responsibility for themselves and all members of their party while using the home's amenities.



If any maintenance issue, damage, or safety concern arises during your stay, please notify **WanderLuxe Vacation Rentals** immediately so we can respond as quickly as possible.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.

• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.

• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: 75% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded.

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded.

• 14 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.



Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):



• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.

• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: 75% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded.

• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded.

• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.



Third-Party Bookings:



Policies vary by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); refer to the platform's policy.
