Casita: Mission-Style - Christmas week

Enjoy a relaxing Palm Springs get-away in a charming 1929 mission-style home located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs. This unique Spanish style home built in 1929 has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and accommodates up to 6 guests.

We are available by phone if you have any issue during your stay, but you will have the whole house and master casita to yourself. There will be nobody else on the property.

This is a very quiet neighborhood in the Warm Sands area of Palm Springs. It is very conveniently located (even walkable) in the south end of town (that means no crazy winds!)

You will have access to the entire house. There is off street parking in the driveway, but not in the garage.

The main house has 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and a shared bath with walk in shower. The private casita has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. All bedrooms have smart TVs for easy access to your favorite streaming services. The private yard has an updated pool and spa, gas BBQ, patio dining table that seats 8, sitting area, and lounge chairs. The kitchen has modern appliances and is well stocked for cooking (e.g.: food processor, blender, toaster, full array of pots and pans, spices, condiments etc.) The living room has a gas fireplace but does not have a TV.
