Tex & Claudia were great hosts. The property is located in a beautiful country club neighborhood. It’s very clean and well maintained. The TV’s in Great room & Primary bedroom worked great. All of the appliances were certainly welcome and helpful throughout our stay. The train noise was bothersome at times, The back patio furniture does need some TLC. We greatly enjoyed our 20 night stay in PD!

This condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. It’s located on a golf course with gorgeous views of the mountains. The hosts were easy to communicate with and gave us very detailed info and instructions. Great place to stay

Very special place

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The owners have gone all out to provide everything imaginable to make your stay memorable. The location is perfect..right on the 2nd green of the challenge course. We highly recommend!

Super location and great surroundings

Golfing vacation

This condo is exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of the Palm Valley golf course very modern decor inside. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the Palm Desert area. Master bedroom has a Comfortable king size bed and large bathroom with very good shower. Second bedroom is quite close to the master bedroom. Kitchen is fairly large with a Keurig coffee maker and modern double refrigerator, microwave and gas stove. We only cooked breakfast. we would definitely return to this property.

Thanksgiving oasis in the desert

From our initial inquiry to our check out, the hosts were PHENOMENAL with excellent communication and honest description about the property and area. This is hands down one of the most pristine and highly upgraded condos in Palm Desert! High end appliances and designer decor throughout, you'll enjoy how pampered you feel as you overlook the amazing water features and the golf course. Majestic Santa Rosa Mountains make for a beautiful backdrop and allow for spectacular sunsets. This property deserves more than 5 stars!

Beautiful and comfortable

We enjoyed our girls weekend stay at this condo. Owner was great and thorough about communicating with us about the check in process and with additional questions we had while there. Beds were comfortable and the view is just lovely. Kitchen was great, fully stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again on our next trip.

This Condo is a special place. It is totally updated, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and pool towels. It faces the pond, filled with ducks and geese, and the pool is steps away. There was tea, coffee, creamer available upon our arrival. The living room is comfortable and inviting with a smart TV. Both bedrooms also have smart TV’s. Garage parking available. When I return to Palm Desert, I will return to this special place.

Beautiful and clean!

Stayed here for Stagecoach, and it was perfect! The location was great for ubering to a shuttle pick-up/drop-off location, but it was far enough away to not be super busy or overrun with festival-goers. It was also really nice to have a pool to cool off in in the mornings before heading to the shows. Also, the unit was beautiful and very clean. And to top it all off, the hosts were very responsive to all messages! Truly a wonderful stay!

Quiet and Pristine

We stayed at this condo during a 7 day training program. The condo was in pristine condition, great views, very quiet and lots of sun. You can hear the soothing water fountain if you’re willing to keep the sliders opened a little. Everything was in working order, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. We wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Lovely home, great location

Nicely remodeled condo with great views right on a beautifully manicured golf course. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and toiletries. It would benefit from the addition of microwaveable dishes and more cookware. A very enjoyable visit.

Fabulous stay over Christmas

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home in Palm Valley Country Club. The place is clean, well appointed, and decorated beautifully. It is located on the golf course with views from both bedrooms, the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. A pool and hot tub is very close, and the weather was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the kind host/owners of this home.

Top Flight Stay

My husband and I selected this condo for our son-in-law to enjoy Thanksgiving weekend with his daughters. The condo definitely has the "WOW" factor featuring very high end fixtures, design and furnishings. We live in the same complex and loved that they had great views of the mountains and golf courses, terrific sunlight in the rooms and everything was a step away from their spot. Check in was easy and owners Tex & Claudia kept in good communication making sure we all had everything we needed. The layout is very comfortable with bedrooms and ensuite upstairs and kitchen, living room downstairs. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, the pools, driving around the Country Club and relaxing out on the patio playing games. We can highly recommend this condo - it is stunning and very comfortable and true to the pictures. A Top Flight stay for sure.

Fun Getaway

This condo is very clean and in a great spot in Palm Valley Country Club. Very simple check in process. Very close to Acrisure Arena in addition to great restaurant options. Tex and Claudia were great hosts. I highly recommend for anyone staying in the Palm Desert Area.
