High ceilings, lots of windows, and large closets all contribute to the open and airy feel of this stylishly upgraded and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom end unit condominium, which is just a short walk to several community pools.



The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the back patio. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen features all the conveniences of home, and opens out to a large covered patio with BBQ grill, dining table, and lounge seating, all looking out onto a nice view of the 3rd fairway.



ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Palm Desert Resort is a gated golf community. Each condominium is single story, with nobody above or below. All properties have a patio with frontage onto the golf course or a spacious greenbelt. All facilities are public, including 20 swimming pools and spas, a par 72 golf course, a driving range, a clubhouse with dining and lounge, and a full-service tennis program, including pickleball courts.



You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this unit. Pet-friendly for small dogs a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay.

Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.



The Neighborhood:

Ideally nestled in Palm Desert, El Paseo’s vibrant shopping experience and gourmet dining are just ten minutes away. Discover adventures with Joshua Tree National Park close enough for a thrilling day excursion. The vibrant El Paseo shopping district is just a 10-minute drive, and you'll find world-class dining within reach. Dive into nature at the nearby Joshua Tree National Park, a short distance away for a memorable day trip.



Getting Around:

Palm Desert places you at the center of the valley — close enough to El Paseo's restaurants and galleries (under 10 minutes by car), convenient to the casinos, and connected to the hiking and cycling that make the desert worth visiting beyond the golf course. Indian Wells and Rancho Mirage are both within 15 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.



Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.
