The municipal park on Fred Waring Drive is within Walking Distance and has Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Sand Volleyball, Basketball Courts and Baseball Diamonds as well as a large Playground for the kids and a large dog park. 2 Malls and 2 Movie Theaters are within 5 minutes as well as many Scenic Hiking Trails including Art Smith Trail and Bump and Grind, 2 of the most popular hikes in Palm Desert.
