Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

The "continental" breakfast looks like a complete breakfast! Spa is awesome. Great that there are two pools; an Adults pool which is relaxing and the family were the guest can make noise and play. '
