'The first Luggage storage locker I tried had a broken door. One of the main lights in the apartment was burnt out. Otherwise, great spot for overnight stay in the Loop. Clean and comfortable! Nothing fancy, but all the amenities needed to travel light were available. Two blocks from Union Station made the location perfect and walkable to local restaurants.I will absolutely stay again!'

'Sheets and room have a horrible smell, really poor staff and service, not breakfast included and to end my horrible experience my car got tow because I was never specified that I could not parked on the parking lot connected to the building. I had to pay $240 dollars to get it out. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never go back to this place'

'Nous avons eu une chambre au 21e étage ce qui fut agréable. L’hôtel est un peu décentré dans un quartier moyen. Très bon accueil. Tout est propre et classe. Nous avons vu qu’il y avait une piscine mais n’avons pas su si nous pouvions y aller. Nous aurions aimé être informés à ce propos, ainsi que de prévenir à l’avance pour la caution. Le petit déjeuner est complet: omelette, sausage, moyen de se faire des gaufres, yaourt, porridge, cake et choix confitures industriel. Du fromage ou des produits...
