'Personeel top en discreet, niets is teveel. Ontbijt is goed met meerdere opties zoals brood en/of yoghurt en verscheidene dolce's. Kamers waren stil en lekker warm ( je kan de temperatuur zelf regelen), badkamer ruim en modern genoeg. Het hotel ligt centraal, waardoor zowel het openbaar vervoer als winkels en musea op loopafstand liggen.'

'This is a gem in busy Florence. Situated so central, in the middle of all, yet not too busy. The staff is cozy and not an automatic pilot reception but genuine service that enjoy their work. We chose the Junior suite, which was such a spacious room having high ceilings and a (sleeping) couch to sit on. 'Property is in a great location. Host was available 24/7 and helped us work thru a few small kinks that had nothing to do with the flat. Best thing was that in the stifling heat of a record breaking heat wave, the a/c made it cool and comfortable. A safe have in the middle of the inferno ! Highly recommend.'

'Room 5 the a/c had a difficult time keeping up wth the June heat. Staff was exceptional! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Never needed a taxi during the stay. Walking distance to the train station.'

'BB Florence View is a very nice property in the heart of Florence, this allows you walk most of the great places the city offers. Surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The property was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. If you have heavy suitcases it has a small elevator. This building it’s from 1600 but it’s very well kept.'
