'Sterk gedateerd, zowel de look & feel als de kamer. Zo staat de airco unit in de kamer (oud en vies ding) wat heel veel geluid geeft. En er zou, als complimentary, een welkomstdrankje zijn en een taxi rit naar het vliegveld. Het eerste werd niet aangeboden en het tweede dat moesten we toch echt betalen. We hebben het zo gelaten, fijn dat er we er maar 1 nacht geslapen hebben. '

'De locatie is uitstekend. Het hotel is wat kil en neutraal ingericht, vooral de lobby nodigt niet uit tot gezelligheid. De medewerkers zijn allen ontzettend hulpvaardig. Fijn dat voor een zeer klein prijsje een rit naar het vliegveld werd geregeld.'

'In the heart of Downtown (Centro) of Guayaquil, so may things are here and in walking distance, came by multiple times to drop off shopping. Place was spacious, had a mini fridge, a tv, as well as soap and shampoo. Was very comfortable, my only slight complaint is that the walls are pretty thin, you can hear the neighbors music and speaking, however, everything else was good and I'd stay here again in the future! 'A shame that the rooftopterrace, one of the highlights from the hotel, is closed. Only if you ask for it they will open it. Further I have never seen a breakfast which is so basic. Even the youthhostel is offering you more. Better not to publicate that breakfast is included because you got almost nothing. And that little that is there, you can get just from 8 am. So if you have early flights or busconections or you go to work, you have nothing. This hotel can be more seen as a museum because it...

'Pros: Breakfast included and it has endless options. Very good! Internet is fast. Good tv options. Airport shuttle: every hour on the DOT. Left at exactly 12noon. Con’s are only because I have 3 kids.- the pool is about 4ft 5in all over. No shallow end. No music plays at the pool, and there are signs that ask you not to play any music. - we took a taxi to go shopping around town: the hotel orders it for you and the same taxi driver that drops you off, picks you up. 'Only discovered the A/C button by accident after sweltering a good portion of the night. Breakfast served in restaurant adjoining hotel - scrambled eggs, 4 petit pains, jam, butter, coffee, juice. Everything was served fresh. Not the best breakfast as far as variety but sufficient to start the day.'
