Palacio del Marqués de Santa Cruz

Excellent location. Comfortable bedding, nespresso machine and daily water bottles. The rooftop is very nice, but very limited sun beds and it’s poorly maintained. The parasols were falling apart and the water spraying for cooling didn’t work. Not sure why they wouldn’t have a maintenance crew fixing stuff. Also the room was having poor maintenance: mold in the shower cabin floor corners, sealer missing partly, and grouting also falling out. In the room many stains on the carpet… for me it was missing the mark unfortunately..

Zeer propere kamer een geweldig ontbijt met heel veel keuze. personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren piekfijn in orde gebracht elke ochtend opnieuw.

The photos were a great representation of the place! The location is great, as well as, the security. There was a 5 flight walk up to get to the apartment. It was the perfect location!!
