'Checkin very friendly, the park is super clean, parking easy. Apartment good with lot of extra's like dishwasher, washing machine, coffee etc. Close to the black beach. Although there is not much around the location (20-30min drive for a supermarket), thats not the worst. On the big island everything takes time to drive, so for a relaxing place, this hotel is recommended.'

'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours). 'Easy check-in and great communication with host. The unit has been recently remodeled with a truly unique designed. New washer & dryer which were easy to use. Kitchen was very functional as well and we enjoyed making our own breakfasts and some dinners. Pool was really nice too. We loved how close it was to the Turtle Bay beach area (east of resort) and the ample free parking to access the beach. The hikes around Turtle Bay were fun as well. We will be back. 'Kevin was great host ,the place was very clean right across the beach with lots of turtles everyday and everything we needed!I will recommend this place for everyone and special for families with young kids because across the street is an Hawaiian Pond with shallow water on one side that the kids can walk all the way to the rocks and observe the turtles up close!'

'We had the best 2 weeks staying in condo, Serendipity on the Moana, located in the friendly town of Waianae. "Hotel wordt aangeprezen als 5 sterren. Naar mijn mening is het hotel amper 3 sterren waard. 4 liften beschikbaar voor alle kamers, waardoor de wachttijd zeer lang is, schimmel in de kamer op de plafonds, badkamer veel te klein, feest tijdens ons verblijf van de U.S. Navy, hierdoor veel overlast van dronken gasten die voor de uitgang alles onder spuugde en constant aan het roken waren op de balkons en aan het schreeuwen waren vanaf de balkons. Bij uitcheck wordt er door het personeel niet eens gevraagd hoe het verblijf is geweest, hoort naar mijn mening toch wel in een 5 sterren hotel. Ligging van het hotel is geweldig, enigste pluspunt "
