'Such a quiet, clean bungalow nestled about a mile off Carmel Valley Rd. Enjoyed all the amenities and comfort while attending my best friends wedding on Carmel Beach, which coincidently the woman caretaking the elderly owner was the florist for the wedding. Would definitely stay at this location again and ensure I do bring my own coffee fixings; not that there wasn’t coffee options in the place just I enjoy a better tasting coffee. 'Spotless, well-equipped, and two blocks from the ocean in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Walk from the home to as far as you'd like in any direction: to restaurants, shopping, Monterey, along the ocean, or through neighborhoods. Manager was very responsive.'

'This place worked out great — perfect location in Pacific Grove near restaurants, a market, and a quick walk to the coast (Lover’s Point). Parking easy on side street. Good walk to the Aquarium. We loved that it was quiet and not touristy. '

'This is our 4th time staying at one of Bill's properties (Atherton Cottage previously). This was our first time staying in this studio cottage. It was all absolutely stunning, especially the outside grounds. It's all so impressive, thoughtfully designed and so peaceful. 'The location of this space is perfect! It’s also extremely clean and the bed very comfy. Ocean is a short walk away as are quaint restaurants. The Mexicali restaurant (Peppers) on the first level of building has great food and Margaritas! If there is anything we would change it would be the checkout time being 10 a.m. Most places have an 11:00 a.m. check out. Overall, this place is great!'
