Flats in Pacific Coast Highway

'The location was great! We took an uber to Universal Studios, it was roughly an 8 minute ride. Drivers were readily available. The property was clean, well stocked, and cozy for a small family. We had a great trip and the host was responsive and pleasant.'

'Good location & steps away from the ocean view. Property has everything we needed & beds were comfortable. Only minor complain is you people walking or kids running from the upstairs property since this is a quadflex property which is understandable. Just keep that in mind when booking this property. Our host Arlene is very helpful & quick to response to any message we send her. We would recommend this place to anyone planning a getaway in Pacifica. '

'The room was clean. There were shops nearby. It was a great location. The bed was pretty comfortable too. The negatives were. It was very small. There were no supplies to even have takeout. I never did find the hot tub. I’m not saying it wasn’t there. It just was not obvious and I would’ve liked to use it.'

'Looked like an apartment had everything you’d need and more'

'House is nice, everything was as described. I saw comments about the alley in the back but to be honest the parking is behind a gate and so is the garbage dumpster so everything is secured then you walk right to the condo so I felt safe. The only thing I would ask is to leave an extra trash bag if guest are staying more than 1 day and possible have a mop in case of accidents. But overall this place is wonder and beds are very comfortable.'

'The house was as described, clean and easy to access. The king bed was amazingly comfortable. And the hot tub was clean and easy to use. The location was perfect walking distance from a few shops and coffee spots. However, we were woken up by the upstairs neighbors at 6am with a constant stomping that didn’t stop until about 8am on a Saturday. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs in case that’s a regular occurrence. '
