'This cabin is rustic but has all the amenities (plus some) of home. It is isolated but close to everything. It was great to explore trails and the Red Woods. Then come "home" to a comfortable cabin with warm wood stoves, soft beds, a cup of coffee/tea or a glass of wine. The hosts are great people too!'

'We absolutely loved our stay at this cute cabin. I was amazed how close it was to town & how the cabin was stocked with literally everything we needed from bathroom supplies to kitchen supplies. Someone could literally live there. I am happy we got in before prices go up for the busy season but I will definitely want to stay there again!! The beds weee SO comfortable I want the mattress in my house!!! Thank you!!!!'

'There are only positives here. The hosts catered games and treats according to our child’s age. So welcoming. They were also gracious with other needs as well. Absolutely beautiful property. We saw whales and diving birds from the living room. We will be back! Thank you so much!'

'Property was beautiful, bed/bedding super comfy with goose down comforters, kitchen fully functional so we were able to prepare nice home cooked meals, conveniently located near a couple of grocery stores as well as the Redwood National Forest and quite a few beaches. 'We love this place, totally private and secret. John is the perfect host. The couple minutes it takes from town to the SBR… is amazing all by itself. The small secret beach was a bit slippery and muddy close to the bottom but we made it down. The deck is unbelievable and the room was really clean and nice. I would stay again.'

'We could not have asked for a better experience. Check in and out was seamless and the house was perfectly furnished with kitchen and comfortable bed and chairs to relax in and enjoy the view of the surrounding woods. Close enough for day trips to explore the Redwood forests and tide pools with our 11 month old. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a simple, clean, and comfortable place to unplug.'

'It was a nice and different experience staying in the woods. Definitely not for people with kids under 15 as the loft and bedroom are in different cabins away from each other. The online description didn’t mention the compost toilet, which makes the pricing unfair. The price we paid was way to much for going through the hassle of composite toilet and the make shift Kitchenette. It was nice experience but not worth $ 400 + dollars for a night and the treehouse is just whatever. Won’t be back for...

'This property was beautifully kept, squeaky clean and well decorated! Lots of privacy and near the avenue of the redwoods, golf courses and close enough to town for anything you might need. The kitchen is well equipped, they have thought of everything! We will definitely stay here again!'

'Check-in tijd was 16 uur, we kwamen om 18 uur, de kamer was nog niet klaar, uiteindelijk bleek het een prima kamer te zijn rond 18:45 uur. In de omgeving niet veel te doen, maar dat gaf niet we waren op doorreis. We waren met 4, in de beschrijving stond dat er gratis ontbijt zo zijn. We kregen 2 vouchers ter waarde van $8,-, prima bedrag maar moesten wel voor 2 personen betalen. Helaas'
